       Two hundred Acres More or Less with all the rights bennifitts & profitts advantages and
       priviledges as fully and Amply as in the pattent is specified from them the said
       William Berry and Nawnee his said Wife their heirs Executo.rs Administrato.rs or
       Assignes unto him the said John Grear his heirs Executo.rs Administrato.rs or
       Assignes for Ever as by the said Deed relacon being thereunto had More fully
       & at at Large appeareth And Whereas alsoe one James Grear the Lawfull sonn
       & heire of the aforesaid John Grear By his Deed of Bargaine & seale under his hand
       and seale beareing Date the seaventeenth day of June in the Ninth yeare of y.e
       Dominion of the Right hon.ble Charles &c And in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand
       six hundred Eighty & fower And Made betweene James Grear of Calvert County in the
       said Province of Maryland Planter of the one part And John Galwith of the same
       County and province Merchant of the other part Did for the Consideracon therein
       Menconed give grant bargaine Alien sell Enfeoffe and Confirme unto him the
       said John Galwith his heirs and Assignes for Ever all that the above Menconed
       and Expressed Together with all and singular the houses outhouses Edifices
       buildings Wayes passuages Woods underwoods timber & timber trees orchards gardens
       fences rents Easements proffitts bennifitts priviledges Tenements hereditaments
       and appurtenances Whatsoever to the aforesaid two hundred Acres of Land belonging
       or in any wise appertaineing To have and to hold the said Two hundred of Land
       and premisses with the appurtenances and Every part & parcell thereof unto him
       the said John Galwith his heirs & Assignes for Ever to & for the Onely proper
       and absolute use and behoofe of him the said John Galwith his heirs & Assignes
       for Ever & to & for none other use intent or purpose whatsoever as in & by y.e afd
       recited Deed Relacon being thereunto had More at Large appeareth And  
       whereas alsoe the said Right Hon.ble Ceecilius &c did by his other Lett.rs pattents
       under the great seale then used in y.e said Province of Maryland of granting
       of Lands there beareing date at S.t Maryes the 20.th Day of Novemb in the
       twenty seaventh yeare of the Dominion of the said Right Hon.ble Ceecillius &c
       Anno Dm 1659 for the Consideracon in y.e same Named grant unto one
       William Bramall all that parcell of Land Called Bramalls Lyeing on y.e North
       side of Puttuxant River & on the North side of A Creeke of y.e said River Called
       the Hunting begining At A Marked White Oake standing by the Creeke side
       & Runing North North East up y.e Creeke & swamp bee for breadth two hundred
       and fifty p.rches to A Marked Oake bounding on the North WIth A Line
       Drawn North West from y.e said Oake for the Length of three hundred and
       Twenty p.rches to A Marked Oake on y.e west with A Line Drawn South South
       West for the Length of two hundred and fifty p.rches to A Marked Oake on y.e
       south with A Lyne Drawne South East to the first Marked Oake on y.e East
       with the said Creeke & swamp Containeing & then Laid out for five hundred
       Acres be it More or Less Together with all proffitts rights & benifitts thereunto
       belonging (Royall Mines Excepted) To have and to hold the same unto him
       the said William Bramall his heirs and Assignes for Ever To be holden
       of his Lordshipps and his heirs as of his Lorpps Manno.r of S.t Maryes in free &
       Comon Soccage by fealty onely for all Manner of services under such Rights
       Covenants Conditions limitacons and Exceptions as in & by y.e said recited Deed
       of grant or pattent Relation being thereunto alsoe had it Doth & May More
       plainely & At Large appeare And Whereas alsoe one Richard Bramall
       the Bother and heire of Luke Bramall who was the Eldest sonn &
       heire of the aforesaid William Bramall by his Last Will & Testement
       in Writeing under his hand and seale beareing Date the sixteenth day
       of Aprill in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand six hundred seaventy
       six Did thereby amongst other things therein Contained, give & bequeath
       the aforesaid five hundred Acres of Land & p.rmisses unto his then
       wife Joyce Bramall freely Cleerly and absolutely forever (And shortly after
