755 Dyed as by the said Last will & Testement of the said Richard Bramall Relacon being thereunto had (More at at Large appeareth) after whose Death was upon the third day of May in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand six hundred seaventy & six did inder Marry with & tooke to husband the aforesaid William Turner And Whereas y.e said William Turner and Joyce his wife by their deed indented under their hands & seales beareing date the seaventeenth day of June in the forth yeare of the Dominion of the Right Hon.ble Charles &c And in y.e yeare of our Lord God One thousand six hundred seaventy Nine for y.e Consideracon in the same deed menconed did thereby give grant bargaine aliene sell Enffeofe and Confirme unto one Thomas Tasker of Calvert County afsd Gent his heirs and Assignes for Ever the One Moyety or halfe part of the aforesaid five hundred Acres of Land seperated and Devided as followeth (viz.t) Begining at A Marked Black wallnutt Tree being the North West Corner tree of the said Lands and Runing south south west one hundred twenty five p.rches to A Marked Oake And from y.e said Oake Runing south East three hundred and Twenty p.rches To A bounded white Oake standing in the North North East Lyne of the said Land And from thence Runing with the said Lyne to A bounded Oake being the Eastermost bounds of the said Land And from thence Runing Northwest to the first bounded Tree Containeing by Estimacon two hundred and fifty Acres bee the same More or Less Together with all & singular the Rights proffitts & benifitts thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaineing (Royall Mynes Excepted) as the by the said Recited Deed Relacon being thereunto alsoe had More plainely and at Large appeareth And Whereas alsoe the said Thomas Tasker and Rebecca his Wife by their Deed indented under their hands and seales beareing Date the two & twentieth Day of Jan.ry in the sixth yeare of the Dominion of the Right Hon.ble Charles &c And in the yeare of our Lord God One thousand six hundred & Eighty for the Consideracon in the same Deed Menconed did give grant alien Bargaine sell Enfeoff and Confirme unto one John Groves of the same County and province aforesaid Merchant And to his heirs and Assignes for ever all that parcell of Land granted or Menconed to be granted unto him the said Thomas Tasker by William Turner and Joyce his wife According to y.e bounds & limitts in the said Deed Menconed and Expressed together with all & singular the Rights proffitts and beneffitts thereunto belonging or any wise appertaineing (Royall Mynes Excepted) as in and by the said Last Recited Deed of grant bargaine & seale or Feoffment Relacon being thereunto alsoe had More at Large appeareth And Whereas alsoe one William Kidd of Calvert County in the said Province of Maryland planter & Margerett his wife by their Deed of Bargaine and Seale under their hands & seales beareing Date the two and Twentieth day of March in the seaventh yeare of the Dominion of the Right Hon.ble Charles &c Anno Dm one thousand six hundred Eighty and one for the Consideracon in the same Deed Menconed Did Give grant bargaine sell Aliene Enfeoff and Confirme unto the said John Groves his heirs and Assignes for Ever all that parcell of Land Lying on the North side of A Creeke in Puttuxant River Called Hunting Creeke and the East side of y.e said River begining at A branch Called Bramall Branch with A Lyne Drawn East along the head of the said Bramalls Land Till it Meete with the Land of James Willson on the East And thence Along the said Willsons Land With A Lyne Drawne North |
