       all such estate or Estates as Almighty God shall then vizt at the houre of
       my death blesse and Endow me with both reall and personall In verity
       and truth hereof and for and in Consideracon aforesaid I have hereunto set
       my hand and fixed my seale this second day of February In the Eleaventh yeare
       of the Dominion of the R.t hon.ble Charles absolute lord and prop.ry of the
       province of Maryland Annoq Dm 1695

       Know all men by these presents That I John Craycroft of the Freshes of Patuxent
       River in Calvert County in the Province of Maryland Gent for and in Consideracon
       of a marriage to be solempnized betweene my dearely beloved sonne & heir
       Ignatius Craycroft and Sophia Beedell of the said County and province spinster
       Doe hereby engage & firmely oblige my selfe to pay for Three Negroes such as my
       said sonn shall for his owne use buy or cause to be bought as soone as they shall
       happen to be bought as aforesaid and the yeare following the purchasing the
       aforesaid Negroes to pay for Three more as soone as he shall or cause to be Contracted
       for his use And in Consideracon aforesaid I doe hereby further oblige my selfe to
       make over unto my said sonne All my right title interest property clayme &
       demaund of all my land tenements hereditaments and there appurtennces
       thereunto belonging or in any manner of wayes apperteyning lying scituate
       and being in any part of the province of Maryland Imediately to have and to
       hold the same unto him the said Ignatius and his heires to be begotten on the
       body of the said Sophia that tract of land onely Excepted whereon my now dwelling
       house stands And I doe hereby further oblige myselfe at the houre of my death In
       Consideracon whereof aforesaid to leave unto my said sonne and his heires as afores.d
       All my whole estate both reall and personall as God of his infinite goodnesse shall
       blesse and then endow me with and further to signe seale and deliver any further
       instrument or Conveyance or Conveyances as shall reasonably be required for the
       true performance according to the true intent & meaning hereof In virtue
       and truth hereof I have hereunto set my hand & fixed my seale this second day of
       February A Dm 1685
