       and Forreign Plantacons Comanders of their Ma.ties ships and all other
       Officers and Subjects of their Ma.ties their heirs and successors in their
       respective offices and imployments to be aiding and assisting to the
       said Mainhardt Duke of Leinster his Executors Administrators and
       Assignes and his and their Agents and Substitutes in the furtherances
       of this service and the due execucon of the power and Authority
       hereby granted and that none of the Officers or Subjects whatsoever
       of their Ma.ties their heirs or successors doe presume in any wise
       to impeade or hinder the same as they will avoid their Ma.ties high
       displeasure and such punishments as may be inflicted Provided
       alwayes and their said Ma.ties intent and meaning is that any person
       or persons whom the Comissioners of their Ma.ties Treasury or High
       Treasurer of England for the time being shall appoint shall and may
       inspect the fishing for and taking up of the said wrecks for the better
       securing their Majesties said Tenth part thereof from Imbezilment
       according to the true intent and meaning of these p.rsents And the said
       King and Queenes most excellent Ma.ties doe hereby Grant That the said
       Mamhardt Duke of Lemster his Agents Substitutes and Assignes shall and
       may proceed in the due Execucon of the power and authority hereby
       granted any former order or Direccon or other matter or thing to the
       contrary thereof in any wise notwithstanding In witness &c Witness
       ourselves at Westminster the Tenth day of March by Writt of
       privy seale Nos autem tenorem Irroclamen p.rdict ad requisicoem
       Mainhardt Ducis Schonberg et Lemster duximus Exemplificand per
       p.rsentes In cujur rei Testimonium hauc Indentur magno sigillo uro
       Anglie sigillat Testibz nob ipis apud Westm Vicesimo secundo Die
       Marcÿ Anno Regni uri Sexto
