       seaven years and an half now next ensuing shall be taken up gotten
       or recovered and other than and except all such Wrecks Gold Silver
       Goods and any other matters and things as aforesaid which have been
       or shall be left cast away wreckt or lost in any other parts or places
       whatsoever where any person or persons by vertue of any Grant
       or other sufficient authority from their said Ma.ties have already
       power to take up gaine or recover the same and which shall be taken up
       gained or Recovered with in the time or times by such Grant or Grants respectively
       limited And except all the parts and propocons which are
       reserved of the same or any of them to their said Ma.ties their heirs
       and successors And also excepting and reserving unto their said Ma.ties
       their heirs and successors one full Tenth part of all and every the said
       Wrecks Riches Treasures Goods and p.rmisses aforesaid soe to be taken up
       gotten and recovered by vertue of these p.rsents And our said Soveraign
       Lord and Lady King William and Queene Mary of their further especiall
       grace certaine knowledge and meere mocon Have Given and Granted
       and by these p.rsents doe Give and Grant full power licence and
       authority unto him the said Mainhardt Duke of Lemster his Executo.rs
       Administrators and Assignes and such Agents Deputyes Servants and Substitutes
       as he or they have appointed or shall appoint in this behalf at his and
       their own proper Costs and Charges to saile and repair from time to time
       to the party before menconed to search for take recover and possess
       themselves of the Riches Goods Merchandizes and p.rmisses before menconed
       to be by these p.rsents Granted every or any of them and every or any of part
       thereof that is are or shall be left cast away wreckt or lost as aforesaid
       (except before excepted) And the said Mainhardt Duke of Lemster doth for
       himself his heirs Executo.rs Administrato.rs and Assignes Covenant promise and
       Grant to and with their said Ma.ties their heirs and successors by these
       p.rsents That he the said Mainhardt Duke of Lemster his Executo.rs Administrato.rs
       or Assignes shall and will at their his or their own proper Costs and Charges
       from time to time during the time hereby Granted doe his and their best
       endeavours in order to The finding gaining taking up and recovery of the
       p.rmisses and that a true and faithfull accompt and Accompts shall be kept
       in writing of all such Silver Gold and other Riches or Treasure matters and
       things whatsoever as shall be taken up gained or recovered by vertue of
       this Grant and be exhibited to their said Ma.ties their heirs and successors
       upon oath (if it shall be required) And alsoe that all the Gold Silver and
       other Riches Treasure and Goods as shall be soe as aforesaid recovered
       within the time and limits and places aforesaid shall be brought home
       into the Port of London the hazard of the seas restraints of princes and
       Ruler Enemies pirates and accidentall fire only excepted And that one
       full Tenth part thereof without any Deduccon Defalcacon or abatement
       whatsoever shall be well and truly payd and delivered to the use of
       their said Ma.ties their Heirs and successors or to whom their said Ma.ties
       their heirs or successors or the Comissioners of the Treasury or high
       Treasurer of England for the time being shall direct soe that the
       remaining Nine parts thereof shall and may be retained and kept by the
       said Mainhardt Duke of Lemster his Executors Administrators or Assignes
       to his and their own use without any matter accompt matter or thing to be
       rendered for the same And the said King and Queenes most excellent
       Ma.ties doe hereby requir and Comand all Governors of their Islands
