701) 711 Gulielmus et Maria Die gratia Anglie Scaciæ Franciæ et Ilibme Rex et Regina fidei Defensores &c Omnibus ab quos p.rsentes Lre ure pervenerint Salutem Inspeximus Irroculamen.r cujusdam Indentur fact inter Dum Regem et saum Reginam ex unaxte et prenobilem Mamhardt Ducem Leinster ex alter xte in Cur Canc new Irrotulate ac in filarÿs ibidem de Records remanen in her verada This Indenture made the Tenth day of March in the Fifth year of the Reign of our Soveraign Lord and Lady William and Mary by the grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland King and Queene Defenders of the Faith &c and in the year of our Lord Christ One Thousand six hundred Ninety and Two Between our said Soveraigne Lord and Lady King William and Queene Mary of the one part and the most noble Mamhardt Duke of Leinster in the Kingdom of Ireland of the other part Witnesseth that their said most Excellent Ma.ties King William and Queene Mary for divers good Causes and Consideracons thereunto moving of their especial grace certain knowledg and meere mocon Have Given and Granted and by these p.rsents for them and their Successors Doe Give and Grant unto the said Mainhardt Duke of Lemster his Exec.rs Administrators and Assignes All and every such Wrecks Jetsam Flotsam Lagar Goods derelict Riches Bullion Plate Gold Silver Coyne Barrs or Piggs of Silver Ingotts of Gold Merchandizes and other Goods and Chattells whatsoever which at any time or times heretofore have been or at any time or times hereafter shall be left cast away wreckt or lost in or upon any of the Rocks Shelves Shoales Seas Rivers or Bankes in America between the Latitudes of Twelve Degrees South and Forty Degrees North and which at any time or times within Twenty years from and after the date of these presents shall be taken up gotten or recovered by him the said Mainhardt Duke of Lemster his Executo.rs Administrators or Assignes or his or their Agents or Substitutes other them and except such wrecks Jetsam Flotsam Lagan Goods Derelict Riches Buillion Plate Gold Silver Coyne Barrs or Piggs of Silver Ingotts of Gold Merchandizes and other Goods and Chattells which have been or shall be left Cast away wreckt or lost in or upon any of the Rocks Shelves Shoales Seas or Banks within Twenty Leagues of the Island of Bermudas in America and which at any time or times before the Twenty sixth day of June which shall be in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seaven hundred and one shall be taken up gotten or recovered and other then and except such Wrecks Jetsam Flotsam Lagan Goods Derelict Riches Bullion Plate Gold Silver Coine Barrs and Piggs of Silver Ingotts of Gold Merchandizes and other Goods and Chattells which have been or shall be left Cast away Wreckt or lost in or upon any of the Rocks Shelves Shoales Seas or Banks between the Citty or Town of Cartagena and the Island of Jamaica in America or between either of those two places and the Citty or Town of Havana in America or within the space comprehended within three right lines drawn or supposed to be drawne from any part of the said Citty or Town of Cartagena to any part of the said Island of Jamaica and from thence to any pte of the Citty or Town of Havana and from thence to the said City or Town of Cartagena and which at any time or times within seven years from the Nienteenth day of August One Thousand six hundred Ninety two shall be taken up gotten or recovered and other then and except all such Wrecks Jetsam Flotsam Lagan Goods Derelict Riches Bullion Plate Gold Silver Coyne Barrs or Piggs of Silver Ingotts of Gold Merchandizes and other Goods and Chattells which have been or shall be left Cast away Wreckt or lost in or upon any of the Rocks Shelves Shoales Seas Waters or Banks within Thirty Leagues of the Isle of Sables in America and which at any time or times within |
