       said two severall tracts of Land and all and singular other the p.rmisses hereby bargained
       and sold or herein or hereby ^ment^ mentioned or intended to be graunted bargained & sold with their
       and every of their apptenances unto the said Peter Sayer his heires and assignes To the onely
       proper use and behoofe of the said Peter Sayer his heires and Assignes absolutely and for
       ever To be holden of the said Cheif Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees of the premisses by
       the rents and services therefore due and of right accustomed And the said Ignatius Craycroft
       for himselfe and his heires and for the said Sophia the said Five hundred acres of Land
       and premisses with the apptenances unto the said Peter Sayer and his heires shall and
       will warrant and defend by these presents And also the said Ignatius Craycroft
       for himselfe ^&^ his heires Executors and administrators and for the said Sophia his wife
       doth Covenant grant and agree to and with the said Peter Sayer his heires and
       assignes by these p.rsents in manner and forme following (that is to say) That the said
       Ignatius Craycroft and Sophia his wife or one of them now are and stand or is or
       standeth rightfully and indefeizably seized of and in the said Two tracts of Land and
       premisses and of and in every part and parcell thereof of a good sure perfect Lawfull and
       absolute Estate of Inheritance in Fee simple without any manner of restraint matter or
       thing to alter change charge determine or make voyd the same And that they or one of them
       have good right full power and lawfull and absolute Authority to grant and convey the same
       to the said Peter Sayer and his heires in manner and forme aforesaid And that the said bargained
       premisses and every part of the same now are and be and so from henceforth shall be remaine
       continue and endure unto the said Peter Sayer his heires and assignes Free and clear and Freely
       and clearly acquitted exonerated and discharged of and from all and all manner of former and
       other guifts graunts bargaines sales leases mortgages Jointures dowers and titles of dower uses wills
       entailes ^titles^ troubles charges and encumbrances whatsoever had made Comitted or done by the said John
       Russell and Henry Beedle deceased or any clayming under them or by the said Ignatius Craycroft
       and Sophia his wife or any clayming or to claime by from or under them or either of them
       And further that the said Peter Sayer and his heires and assignes shall and may from
       time to time and at all times hereafter peaceably & quietly have hold occupy possess and enjoy
       the said two severall tracts of Land and premisses with the appurtenances without the let suite
       trouble interruption eviccon or disturbance of the said Ignatius Craycroft and Sophia his
       wife or any clayming under them or either of them or under the said John Russell and Henry
       Beedle deceased or either of them And moreover That they the said Ignatius Craycroft
       and Sophia his wife and their heirs and all claiming under them or either of them or under
       the said John Russell & Henry Beedle shall and will at all tymes hereafter upon the
       reasonable Request and at the Cost and charges of the said Peter Sayer his heires and
       assignes Doe make acknowledge levy suffer and execute or procure to be done made
       suffered leavyed and Executed all and every such Further and other Lawfull and reasonable
       Act and Acts thing and things devisses and assureances in the Law whatsoever For the
       better conveying and assuring the said Tracts of Land and p.rmisses and every part and
       parcell of the same unto the said Peter Sayer and his heires for ever Bee it by fine
       Recovery deed or deeds or by any other Lawfull and reasonable wayes or meanes whatsoever
       As by Councell learned in the Law of the said Peter Sayer his heires or assignes shall be
       reasonably devised or advised and required all which further assureances shall be and
       inure and shall bee deemed adjudged construed and taken to be and inure To the
       onely proper use and behoofe of the said Peter Sayer his heires and Assignes for
       ever and to and for noe other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness
