685) 695 or in any any wise appertaining And all deeds writings patents escripts and muniments whatsoever touching or concerning the p.rmisses To have and to hold the said tract of Land and p.rmisses with the apptenances unto the said Knelm Cheseldyn Vestry man and the other his brethren vestry men aforesaid and their heires and successors for ever To the use of the minister or Ministry of William and Mary parish aforesaid And to noe other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said William Dent for him his heires Executors and Adm.rs doth covenant grant and agree to and with the said Knelm Cheseldyn principall vestry man and the other his brethren Vestrymen as aforesaid their successors and assignes by these presents that he the said William Dent hath not wittingly or willingly done Comitted ^or^ suffered any Act matter or thing whereby or wherewith the said tract of Land and premisses or any part thereof now is or are or shall or may at any time hereafter be charged impeached or encumbred And that the said Vestrymen their successors and assignes shall and may from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold & Enjoy the same To the use and ^or^ uses aforesaid without the Lawfull lett suite trouble or interruption of the said William Dent or of his now wife Elizabeth or of either of them their heires or assignes or any clayming under them or under the said Thomas Dent deceased And further that he the said William Dent and all clayming under him or under the said Thomas Dent deceased shall and will upon the request and at the Cost and charges of the said vestrymen make and grant unto them their successors and assignes such further and other assureance or assureances for the further better and more absolute conveying the said bargained premisses to use aforesaid as by the said Vestry men or their successors or their Councell learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised or advised and required provided the said further assureances contain & noe other warranty then is conteyned in these presents In Witnes whereof the parties aforesaid to these Indentures interchangeably have putt their hands and seales the day and year first above written William Dent Sealed and delivered in the presence of George Layfield Sam.ll Wheeler M.d This seaventeenth day of May 1694 Came the within Tho Grunwin named William Dent and according to Act of Assembly acknowledged the within Indenture to be his Act and deed before us Nicholas Greenberry Recorded 7.th Augusty 1694 Thomas Tench Henry Wriothesly Clk |
