       them or by the said Allexander Dehiniosa deceased or any clayming under him
       And further that they the said Allexander ^Dehiniosa^ the sonne and Anna Catherina his
       wife and Johannes Dehiniosa and all and every other person or persons and their heirs
       Lawfully having or clayming or rightfully pretending to have or which hereafter
       shall or may Lawfully have or clayme or rightfully pretend to have any estate right
       title interest or demand into or out of the premisses or any part or parcell thereof
       by from or under them or either of them or by from or under the said Allexander
       Dehiniosa deceased shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter upon
       the reasonable request and at the costs and charges in the Law of the said Peter Sayer
       his heires and Assignes make doe p.rforme acknowledge levy execute and suffer or cause
       to be made done p.rformed acknowledged and leavyed executed and suffered all and every
       such further and other lawfull and reasonable Act and Acts thing & things device & devices
       assureance and assureances or conveyances in the Law whatsoever For such further and
       other lawfull the Further better and more perfect assureance surety suremaking
       and conveying the before hereby granted or mentioned to be granted premisses with
       their and every of their appurtenances unto the said Peter Sayer and his heires to the
       onely proper use and behoofe of the said Peter Sayer his heirs and Assignes for ever
       Be it by fine Feoffement release confirmation deed or deeds enrolled or not enrolled
       the acknowledgment and enrollment of these presents or by or any other Lawfull wayes
       and meanes whatsoever As by the said Peter Sayer his heirs or Assignes or his or their
       Councell Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised or advised and required
       In Witness whereof the parties aforesaid to these Indentures interchangeably
       have putt their hands & seales the day and year first above written
