672 (662 Dowers Uses Wills entailes Judgments Extents Execucons Seizures forfitures debts rents and arrages of rents titles troubles charges and incumbrances Whatsoever (the Quit rents or cheife rents yearly and Due and payable for the p.rmisses excepted and also excepted & foreprized and of these presents and the Covenants here in comprized all such Leases grannts or sales that were legally grannted and Made Over of any lands within the said Three mannors in S.t Marys County by William Calvert Esq.r late secretary of this Province dureing his life and grannts Made by Charles his sonne to Charles Egarton Richard Calvert Soloman Jones and all leased Made by Daniell Moy of land belonging to Kent fort Mannor to the p.rsent tennants now in possession And that the said John Craycroft his heires and assignes and Every of them shall and may from tyme to tyme and at all tymes hereafter for Ever peacably and quietly have hold occupy and possess and enjoy the before bargained p.rmisses and Every part Thereof with the appurtenances without the lawfull let suite trouble interruption eviccon or disturbance of the said Philip Lynes and Margaret his Wife or any other parson or parsons whatsoever And further More that they the said Philip Lynes and Margaret his Wife and all clayming under them & all other person and persons any Estate haveing or lawfully clayming of into or out of the p.rmisses shall and will from hence time to tyme and at all tymes hereafter upon the reasonable request and at the Costs and Charges of the said John Craycroft his heires or assignes Make or doe parforme acknowledge levy execute and suffer or cause to be Made Done parformed acknowledged and Levyed executed and suffered all and every such further and other lawfull and reasonable Act and Acts thing and things Device and devices assurance and assurances & conveyances in the law whatsoever for the further better and more perfect assureance surety sure makeing and Conveying the before hereby grannted or Menconed to be grannted p.rmisses with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said John Craycroft & his heires to the onely proper use and behoofe of the said John Craycroft his heires and assignes for ever Bee it by fine feoffment release confirmacon deed or deeds enrolled the acknowledgem.t and enrollment of these p.rsents or by any other lawfull wayes and meanes whatsoever as by the said John Craycroft his heires or assignes or his or their Councill learned in the law shall be reasonably devised or advised and required In Wittness Whereof the parties aforesaid to these Indentures Interchangably have put their hand and seales the day and yeare first above Written Philip Lynes (seale) Sealed and Delivered by the within named her Philip Lynes in the p.rsence of Margaret M L Lynes (seale) Marke John Llewellin Edw Greene Tho Grunwin This 9.th day of Octob.r 1692 Came the Within Named Philip Lynes and Margaret his Wife and acknowledged before us that the Sealed and Delivered by the Within Named Within Indenture was their severall Acts and deeds & the said Margaret Lynes in the psence of Margaret being by us solely and secretly Examined according to act John Evans of Assembly did declare that she signed sealed and delivered the said deed of her owne free and volantary will and not forch by any Tho Grunwin Threats menaces or Cumpulssion of her husband Taken and acknowledged before us Nich Greenberry Rob.t King |
