       The south with a line drawne south Three hundred and Twenty perches On the East by a line
       Drawne North from the End of the East line into the said River on the North with
       the said River on the West with The said Creek Conteyning and then Layd out for Two
       hundred Acres More or less which said Neck and the said Two hundred Acres
       Have granted by pattent to Walter Hall deceased bearing date the six and twentieth Day
       of Aprill 1608 And all houses Ediffices building barnes stables Orchards gardens wast and
       surplus land tenements Meadowes feedings Marshes pastures Woods Underwoods timber or timber trees
       fences wayes passuages Waters Wattercourses profitts Comons Comodities Advantages Emoluments
       and hereditaments rights Members Priviledges and appurtenances whatsoever To the said Towne
       land Foure Mannors Doggs Neck and Two hundred Acres lying neare thereunto or any or Either of
       them belonging or in any wise appertaineing or to or with the same Usually hole or enjoyed as
       part parcell or member of the same And the revercon and revercons remainder and remainders rents
       Issues and proffitts of all and singular the premisses and of every part and parcell thereof And all
       pattends deeds writeings Counterparts of Leases Escripts and Muniments whatsoever touching or concerning
       the p.rmisses or any part or parcell thereof To have and to hold the said Towne land the said land called
       Trinity Mannor the said land Called S.t Gabriells Manno.r the said land called S.t Michaells Manno.r the said
       land called Kent fort Mannor the said Neck of land called doggs neck and the said Two hundred Acres
       neare or adjoyning to the said Doggs Neck and all other the p.rmisses with their and Every of their
       appurtenances hereby bargained and sold or herein or hereby ment mentioned or intended to be hereby
       bargained and sold unto the said John Craycroft his heires and Assignes to the onely pper use
       and behoofe of the said John Craycroft his heires and Assignes for Ever to be holden of the
       Cheife Lord or Lords of the fee or fees of the p.rmisses by the rents and sarvices therefore due
       and of right accustomed And the said Philip Lynes will warrant and for Ever defend by
       these presents And the said Philip Lynes for him his heires Execut.r & Administrat.r & for ever
       of them for him ^and^ his heires all and Every the said bargained p.rmisses with the appurtenances
       and Every part and parcell thereof unto the said John Craycroft and his heires against all
       parsons shall and will Warrant and for Ever defend by these presents And the said Philip
       Lynes for him his heires Execut.rs & Administrato.rs & for Every of them & for the said Margaret
       his Wife doth Covenant grant and agree to and with The said John Craycroft his heires &
       assignes by these presents in manno.r and forme following (that is to say) That they the said
       Phillip Lynes and Margerat his Wife or one of them Now is or are and stand & standeth lawfully
       rightfully and indefeizably seized of and in the said Manno.r lands and p.rmisses hereby
       Conveyed or intended to be conteyned and conveyed and Every part and parcell Thereof A good
       sure perfect lawfull absolute & indefiezable seized of and in the said Manno.r lands and
       p.rmisses Estate of Inheritance in fee simple without any Manno.r of Condicon limatacon or
       other rest xaint Matter or thing whatsoever to alter change charge or impeach determine or
       Make voyd the same And that the said Philip Lynes and Margaret his Wife or one of them
       now have or hath good right full power and lawfull authority to grant sell and Convey the
       said hereby bargained premisses and Every part thereof with their and every of their
       appurtenances unto the said John Craycroft his heires and assignes for ever in Manno.r and
       form aforesaid And that the said Towne land and four Mannors and neck and Two hundred
       Acres with the appurtenances now are and be and soe from henceforth shall be remaine
       continue and Endure unto the said John Craycroft his heires and assignes free and cleare and
       freely and clearly and absolutely acquited Exonorated and discharged or otherwise well and
       sufficiently saved Kept Harmles and indempnified Of and from all and all Manno.r of forma.r
       and other guifts grants bargaines seales leases Mortgages Joyntures dowars and Tytles of
