652 (642 Lastly runing by a direct lyne to the first bound tree Conteyning and layd out for one Thousand acres be the same More or lesse & all woods underwoods timber and timber trees wayes easements proffits Comodities and appurtenances to the said tract of land belonging or in any wise apperteyning and the Revercon and revercons remainder and remainders of the same To have and to hold the said tract of land and all other the said bargained p.rmisses with the appurtenances unto the said George Copley his heires and Assignes to the Onely proper use and behoofe of the said George Copley his heires and assignes for ever to be holden of the cheife Lord or Lords of the fee or fees of the p.rmisses by the rents and Services therefore due and of Right accustomed and the said Robert Burman the said One Thousand acres of land unto the said George Copley his heires and assignes for ever against all parsons whatsoever or shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these Presents and alsoe the Said Robert Burman for him his heires executo.rs and administrato.rs and for ever of them doth Covenant grant and agree to and with the said George Copley his heires and assignes by these p.rsents That they the said Robert Burman and Anna his wife or one of them now standeth lawfully and rightfully seized of and in the said bargained p.rmisses and every part thereof of and in a good sure perfect and indefeizable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple to them and their heires or the heires of one of them and that thay or one of them have or hath full power and Authority to setle sell and assure the said premisses to the said George Copley his heires and assignes in manner and forme aforesaid and further that he the said George Copley his heires and assignes shall and may from henceforth for ever hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold occupy possesse and enjoy the said Tract of land and premisses and have and receive the rents issues and proffitts thereof without any lawfull let suite denyall interrupcon eviccon or disturbance of any parson or parsons whatsoever and that free and cleare and freely & clearly aquitted exonerated and discharged or otherwise sufficiently saved kept harmless and indempnified of and from all and all manner of former & other bargaines sales guifts grants titles troubles debts charges and incumbrances whatsoever (the rents & services from henceforth to be come due and payable to the Cheife lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees of the p.rmisses for and in respect of his or their Seigniorie or Seigniories onely excepted and foreprized And further more the said Robert Burman for himselfe his heires execut.rs and administrat.rs and for the said Anna his wife doth Covenant grant and agree to and with the said George Copley his heires and assignes by these p.rsents that he the said Robert Burman and Anna his wife and all other person or parsons any Estate |
