       By any other parson or persons Whatsoever and that the said Daniell Moy
       hat not at any time heretofor made or granted any formar or other grant
       of the p.rmisses otherways Charges or Incombered the same in title Charge or
       Estate and that the said Daniell Moy for himselfe his heires Executors administrators
       and Assignes and every of them by these presents doth Covenant Grant and agree to
       and the said Thomas Price his heirs Executo.rs Administrato.rs that he the said Daniell
       Moy his heirs Executo.rs Administrato.rs and Assignes or any of them by from or under
       him shall and will at any time hereafter dureing the said term of one
       Thousand yeares next ensueing the date hereof Make and grant unto the said
       Thomas Price his heires Executors Administrato.rs and Assignes such further
       or other grant or Leaf of the Premisses for the Confirming thereof unto the said Thomas
       Price his heires Executors Administrators or Assignes for the term of years aforesaid as
       by the Said Thomas Price his heires Executors Administrators or Assignes or his or
       their Councill Learned in the Law shall Resonably Devise Advise or Require In
       Wittness Whereof the partyes aforesaid to thees Indenturs Interchangably have put
       to their hands and fixed their seales the Day and yeare first above written Annoq.r Domini

       This Day Came the within menconed Daniell Moy and acknowledged the within
       specified Indenture to bee his act and Deed and Ann Moy now wife of the said Danell being
       secreatly Examined out of the hearing of her husband whether Shee did freely and
       of her owne good Will and without any threats fear or Compultion of her said husband
       Consent to the within specified Lease of the within Mentioned Land for the terme
       aforesaid Who did before us under written acknowledge that shee did freely Consent thereunto
       In Witness Whereof Whee have hereunto set our hands this 10.th Day of May

       for me and in my name to aske Demand sue for Leavey require and recover
