       Sue for Levey require recover and Receive of and from M.r Henry Paine of
       Brittens Bay in Pottomock River in Maryland and from all and every other
       parson and parsons whatsoever Inhabiting or Resideing in any Part or place in
       Virginia or Maryland all and Singular Such Debt sume and sumes of Money good
       Wares Marchandize Effects of things or other Estate what soever which is indebted
       oweing and appertaining to mee or to the deceased Robert Arbuckle Marchant my Brother
       or hereafter shall be due oweing belonging or appartaining unto me by any Maner
       of way or Meanes whatsoever and with the said debitors or any of them to Reckon
       account adjust and even accounts Compound Conclude and agree as the Matter
       Shall Require and upon Composition Satisfaction Receipt & Recoveryes thereof
       acquittences or other sufficient discharges in due forme of Law for me and in my
       Name to Make seale and deliver and if need before the premisses to appeare
       before any Judges Justices or Ministers of the Law in any Court or Courts of Judicature
       and to persue Implead seize sequester attach Imprison and condem and out of
       Prison againe when need shall be to deliver Likewise one or More Attorneys and
       him my said attorney to Make and substitute and at plasure to Revoake and
       Genarally in and Concerning the Premisses and the dependences thereof to doe say at
       Conclude and determine all and every other thing and things whatsoever which
       in or about the p.rmises shall be needfull requisite and and Connemant as fully
       and effectually as I my selfe might or Could doe personally Ratifieing allowing
       and holding firme and stable all and whatsoever shall be Lawfully done in the
       premisses by virtue of these Presents In Wittness whereof I have hereunto set my
       hand and seale the Twenty second Day of December Anno Domini 1692 Annoq.r
