       Authority for him the said Thomas Neale his Executo.rs Adm.rs and Assignes
       And for his and theire Agents and workemen as also all and every such other
       p.rson and p.rsons as he or they shall imploy or from time to time shall nominate
       and appoint to be imployed for the Searching digging for and opening
       the sd Mines mineralls and p.rmisses and every or any of them and at pleasure
       to take away or remove as such Gold Silver quicksilver Gems Precious
       Stones Ore Mettalls and mineralls as shall be found in the sd mines minerals
       veines and premisses or any of them and also to make mouth draines Levells
       adicts and all other conveyances and conveniencyes and to sett up and errect
       any workes ereccons or buildings or doe any acts matters or things whatsoever
       that shall be necessary or convenient for the getting or working of the
       said Mines and Mineralls or for the getting of the Gold Silver quicksilver
       Gems precious Stones and other the premisses herein before granted or
       mentioned to be granted in as large and ample manner to all intents and
       purposes as the sd Charles Lord Baltemore may or can grant the same
       To have hold use and enjoy the sd mines mineralls Gemms precious
       Stones Veines Mettalls ores powers Libertyes authoritys and all and singul.r
       other the p.rmisses herein before granted or mentioned to be granted with their
       and every of their appurtenances unto the said Thomas Neale his Execut.rs
       Adm.rs and Assignes from the date of these p.rsents for and dureing and unto
       the full end and Terme of Thirty one yeares from thence next ensueing
       and fully to be compleate and ended Yeilding Paying and reserveing
       therefore unto the said Charles Lord Baltemore his heires and assignes
       for the use of his Maj.ty his heires and successors one fifth full part of all
       Gold and Silver or within the limitts aforesaid which from time to time
       dureing the continuance of the Terme hereby granted shall or may happen
       to be found and further Yeilding Paying and Reserving unto the
       said Charles Lord Baltemore his heires and Assignes to and for his and
       their proper use and benefitt yearly dureing the said Terme one full
       Twentyeth part of all the said Gold Silver & oare (over and besides the sd
       fifth part thereof soe reserved to the use of his Maj.ty as afsd) which
       shall from time to time dureing the continuance of the sd Terme be
       found by the sd Thomas Neale his Executo.rs Adm.rs or assignes upon or
       within the above demised Mines and premisses or any of them And alsoe     
       one full Twentyeth part of all such Gems and precious stones quicksilver
       copper Tyn Lead Mineralls mines or ores whatsoever (other
       then ^of^ Gold or Silver) which shall from time to time be found gained or
       taken up by Vertue of these p.rsents Demise and grant (the same to be
       yeilded paid and delivered upon every first day of September yearly
       dureing the said Terme cleare of all charges and without any abatem
       or allowance whatsoever of or for any expences in or for the finding
       taking up or gameing the Same And the sd Thomas Neale for himselfe
       his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes and for every of them
       Doth covenant promise and grant to and with the said Charles Lord
       Baltemore his heires & assignes by these p.rsents in manner following
       that is to say That he the sd Thomas Neale his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes
       or some or one of them shall & will well & truely yeild and pay or
       cause to be yeilded and paid unto the said Charles Lord Baltemore
       his heires & Assignes for the use of his Maj.ties his heires & successors
       one full fifth part of all the Gold and Silver ore which from time
       to time dureing the Continuance of the Terme hereby granted shall
       be found or gained within the Limitts afsd And also one full
