       and every other act and acts thing & things device & devices in the law
       whatsoever needfull and Nessary to be done in or about the p.rmisses
       for recovery of such debt or debts sume or sumes of mony or tobacco as
       afsd and also to make one or more attorny or attornyes at law or
       otherwise under him as occation shall require for me and in my name to
       doe execute and p.rforme as fully largely & amply in every respect to
       all intents construccons & purposes as I my selfe might or could do if
       personally p.rsent Rattifying alloweing and holding firme & stable
       all and whatsoever my said attorny shall lawfully doe or cause to be
       done in and about the Execucon of the same by vertue of these p.rsents
       In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the
       thirteenth day of March in the fifth yeare of theire Maj.ties Reign

           This Indenture made the Fifteenth day of December in the
           yeare of our Lord God 1691  Betweene the Right Hon.ble
       Charles lord Baltemore Baron of Baltemore in the Kingdom
       of Ireland of the one part And Thomas Neale of the Parish
       of S.t Martins in the Feilds in the County of Middlesex Esq.r of the
       other part Witnesseth that the said Charles Lord Baltemore
       as well for and in consideration of one hundred & Fifty guinea
       peeces of Gold to him in hand Paid and Secured to be paid by the
       said Thomas Neale at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
       p.rsents for and as a fine or Income the Rent whereof the said
       Charles Lord Baltemore doth hereby acknowledge and thereof
       doth acquitt and discharge the said Thomas Neale as alsoe for
       and in consideration of the Reservacons covenants & agreements
       herein after reserved and menconed on the part and behalfe of
       the said Thomas Neale to be paid done and performed Hath
       demised granted bargained sold and to farme let And by these
       p.rsents Doth demise grant bargaine Sell and to farmelett unto
       the said Thomas Neale his Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes All and
       every Mynes Mineralls Quaries Veines and ores Royall of Gold
       and silver and also all and all manner of Gold silver ore of quick
       silver copper Tyn Lead or other Mineralls & Mettalls whatever
       and all ore or ores holding Gold or Silver or mixt with Gold or
       Silver And of Gemms and precious stones of what nature
       kind or quality soever And alsoe all other Mineralls Mines
       Quaries ores and Mettalls of the said Charles Lord Baltemore
       a well not holding gold or silver as holding gold & silver we they
       the same or any of them be already found discovered and opened
       discovered or found situate Lying and being in the Country Property
       Plantacon or Colony of Maryland in America or within the
       Island Isles Ground Soyle bounds and Limitts of the said
       Province of Maryland or any of them or in any part or parts
       of them or any of them with full & free liberty Power and
