590 (580 Remaine Continue & be seized of & in the Lands & Tenements & all & singular other the p.rmisses in & by these p.rsents granted bargained & sold with all & Every their Rights members & appurtenances of a good pure perfect & absolute Estate of Inheritance in fee Simple without any condition reversion remainder or limitation of any use or uses Estate or Estates in or to any p.rson or p.rsons whatsoever to alter change make void Defeat or Determine the same and that the said Mottrom Wright at the time of the Ensealing & Delivery of these p.rsents hath full power good right & lawfull authority to grant bargaine sell & convey all & singular the before hereby granted or mentioned to be granted p.rmisses with their & every off their appurtenances unto the said Edward Chilton his heires & Assignes in Manner & forme afsd and that the said Edward Chilton his heires & Assignes shall or may by force & vertue of these p.rsents from time to time & at all times for ever hereafter lawfully peaceably & quietly have hold use occupy possess & enjoy the sd Land or tenements & all & singular the before granted p.rmisses with their & every of their rights members & appurtenances & have received & take the rents Issues & proffitts thereof to his & theire owne proper use & behoofe for ever without any lawfull lett sute trouble Deniall Interruption Eviction or disturbance of the sd Mottrom Wright his heires or assignes or of any person or p.rsons lawfully claiming by from or under him or them or any of them or by his or their means act consent title Interest privity or procurement or of any other person or p.rsons whatsoever and that free & cleer & freely & Clearly Acquitted Exonerated & discharged or other wise from time to time well & sufficiently saved & Kept harmless by the said Mottrom Wright his heires Execut.rs or Adm.rs of & from all & all Manner of former & other gifts grants bargaines sales Leases Mortgages Jointures dowers titles of Dower states Recognizances Extents Judgements Executions Uses Entailes rents & arrearages of rents forfeitures fines Issues & Amerciaments & of & from all & singular other titles troubles charges Demands and Incumbrances whatsoever had made comitted suffered or omitted by the said Mottrom Wright for himselfe his heires or assignes ^or^ by any other p.rson or p.rsons whatsoever and further the said Mottrom Wright for himself his heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs Doth covenant promise grant & agree to & with the said Edward Chilton his heires & Assignes & Every of them by these p.rsents that he the said Mottrom Wright his heires & assignes & all & every other p.rson & p.rsons and their heires Lawfully claiming or haveing or rightfully pretending to have or which hereafter shall or may lawfully have or claime or rightfully p.rtend to have any Estate right title Interest or Demand into or out of the p.rmisses or any part or p.rcell thereof by from or under the sd Mottrom Wright his heires or assignes shall & will from time to time & at all times for & dureing the space of Tenn Yeares Next Ensueing the date of these p.rsents at & upon the reasonable request & at the cost & charges in the Law of the said Edward Chilton his heires or assignes make doe p.rforme acknowledge levy execute & suffer or cause to be made done p.rformed knowledged levyed executed & suffered all & every such further lawfull & reasonable act & acts thing & things devise & devises assurance & assurances & conveyances in the law whatsoever for the |
