555) 565 Sales Guifts Grants Uses Trusts Wills Intayles Statutes Recognizances Judgments Extents Execucons and of and from all other Estates Debts Charges Titles Troubles and Incumbrances Whatsoever (Ecept the yearly Rent of Twelve Shillings due to the said Lord and Prop.ry of the Province aforesaid for or in respect of the said p.rmises) And also That he the said John Meekes his heires and assignes and all and every other person and persons claiming and to claime by from or under him shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter upon every reasonable request and at the proper costs and charges in the Law of the said John Addison his Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes Make doe performe and Execute or cause or procure to be Made done p.rformed and Executed All and every such further and other Lawfull and reasonable Act and Acts Deed & Deeds Conveyances and Assurances whatsoever for the further better and More absolute and perfect Assureing Surety Sure Making and Confirming the sd land and p.rmisses with the Rents and profitts thereof unto the said John Addison his Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes as by the said John Addison his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes or his or their Councell Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised or advised and required In Witness whereof the said partyes to these present Indentures have Interchangeably sett their hands and seales the day and yeare First above written John Meekes (sealed) On the back side of the aforegoing deed was Endorsed (Thus) as foll Sealed and Delivered in the presence of Received the Date within ^written of the within^ named John Addison the sume of Jn.o Gandy Seaventy pounds of Lawfull Mony of England being the Consideracon William Hill within Menconed to be paid me James Conawaÿ Witness John Meekes 70.ℓℓ Jn.o Gandy William Hill James Conaway Received then of M.r John Meekes by the hands of Captain James Conaway the sume of three pounds being for five yeares Rent of a Tract of Land within specifyed containing six hundred Acres More or less Due the 20.th of May Last as also the sume of Twelve Shillings being for alienacon Wittness reced Henry Darnall p C Baltemore Nicholas Sewall Maryland fs Mary 16.th 1692 Then Came John Gandy before us Coll Henry Howles & M.r Thomas Tench two of their Maj.tes Councill in this Province & Made Oath upon the holy Evangelists that he saw the within Named John Meekes signe seale and deliver these present writeing of Indenture as his Act & Deed Jurat die & Anno sup Hen Jowles Thomas Tench Inrolled May the Twentyeth Anno Dm 1692 p W Taylard Clk |
