537) 547 whatsoever to alter Change determine or make void the same And that the said Henry Denton at the time of the signing sealing and delivering hereof a Lawfull Authority to Give Grant Bargaine Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirme and Convey all and singular the before Granted Premisses with their and every of their Rights Jurisdiccons and Appurtenances unto the said James Chisholme his Heires Executors Admi.rs & Assignes in manner and forme aforesaid had and that the said James Chisholme his Heires Executors Admi.rs and Assignes & every of them shall and may by force and vertue of these Presents from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter Lawfully Peaceably and Quietly have hold use occupy posses & Enjoy the said pcell of Land and all and singular the before Granted Premises with their and every of their Rights Members & Appurtenances and have Receive and take the Issues and profitts thereof to his and their owne proper use and behoofe for Ever without any Lawfull let suite trouble deniall Interupcon Eviccon or disturbance of the said Henry Denton his Heires Executors Admi.rs or Assignes or of or by any other pson or psons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming by from or under him them or any of them or by his or their Meanes Act Consent Title Interest privitie or procurement and freely & Clearly acquitted Exonerated and discharged & from time to time well and sufficiently saved & kept harmless by the said Henry Denton his Heires Executors and Adm.rs of and from all manner of former and other Guifts Grants Bargaines Sales Leases Morgages Joyntures Dowers Title of Dowers Statute Merchant & Staple Recognisance Extents Judgements Executions Uses Intayles Rents Arrearages of Rents forfeitures fines Issues & Amerciaments & of and from all and singular other Titles troubles Charges Demands & Incumbrances whatsoever had made Committed suffered Omitted or done by the said Henry Denton his Heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes or by any other pson or psons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming by from or under him them or any of them or by his or their Act Consent Privitie or procurement hee the said James Chisholm his Heires Ex.rs Administrators & Assignes paying the Right Hon.ble Lord Baron of Baltemore his Heires and successors yearly Rent from time to time for Ever hereafter for the same and the said Henry Denton his Heires Executors Admi.rs and Assignes and all and every of them and every other Person or psons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming by from or under him them or any of them shall & will warrant and for Ever Defend the before menconed premisses unto the aforesaid James Chisholm his Heires Executors Adm.rs and Assignes for Ever according to the true intent and meaning of the before menconed premisses to all intents and purposes whatsoever In Wittness whereof the before menconed pties |
