546 (536 doth fully Clearly and absolutely Acquitt Discharge Exonerate & Releas the said the said James Chisholm his Heires Executors & Adm.rs for Ever and by these Presents hath Given Granted Aliened Bargained Sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents doth freely Clearly and Absolutely Give Grant Bargaine sell alien Enfeoffe and Confirme unto the said James Chisholm his Heires Executors Adm.rs and Assignes for Ever from him the said Henry Denton his Heires Executors Adm.rs or Assignes for Ever All that Parcell of Land Lyeing scituateing and being in S.t Maries County and Beginning at a bounded Red oake a bound Tree of a pcell of Land Called Underwoods Choice binding upon the said Land south and by East one hundred & Thirty pches to a bounded Chestnutt of the said Land thence west five degrees southerly sixty Nine pches to a bounded Pockikory a bound Tree of Constant Daniells Land Called S.t Patricks thence binding on the said Land Thirty Eight pches on a North west line to a bounded Maple standing by a Tree Called Boldriges still keeping on North West Twenty pches thence North North West one hundred & Twenty pches to the south side of Trinity Creeke thence North North East seaventy pches to a bounded white oke standing on the North side of Trinity Creeke in the maine Road that goes from S.t Maries ^to^ Point look out Then East Two hundred and six pches to a Marked Oake standing in the Exterior Line of M.r William Gwithers Land thence south binding upon the said Gwithers Land Eighty Three pches to a Marked oak of the Land Called Underwoods ^Choice^ one hundred and Eighty pches to the first bound Tree Containing and now Laid out for Two hundred and forty acres more or lesse to be holden of the Mannor of west S.t Maries all which above specified Land now is and by Pattent Called Warnell with all and singular its Rights Jurisdiccons & Appurtenances together with all houses Edifices Buildings Barnes stables Hogg & Tobacco Houses Orchards Gardens Yards Lands Tenements Medows feedings Pastures woods Underwoods profitts Commodities Comon of Pasture hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the said Messuage Tenement or p.rmisses or to any pt or pcell of them belonging or in any manner of wayes appertaining To have & to hold the said pcell of Land & all and singular the Premisses hereby Granted Bargained and sold with their and every of their Rights Members & Appurtenances whatsoever unto the said James Chisholm his Heires Executors Adm.rs and Assignes for Ever and to the onely use and behoofe of the said James Chisholme his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes for Ever and the said Henry Denton for himselfe his Heires Executors Adm.rs and Assignes for Ever and at the time of the signing sealing & Delivering of these Presents doth affirme Alleadge Assure and Confirme that the said Land and Premisses a good pure pfect Estate of Inheritance in fee simple without any Condicon Revercon Remainder or Limitacon of any use or uses Estate or Estates in or to any pson or psons whatsoever |
