       and to hold the said Moyety or Equall Part of the aforesaid Tract or Dividend of
       Land with one Equall halfe part of all and singular the Premisses with the appurtenances
       thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining as aforesaid unto him the
       said Michaell Holmes his Heires and Assignes for Ever to the onely proper use and
       behoofe of him the said Michaell Holmes his Heires and Assignes for Ever and to noe
       other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said George Hawes for himselfe
       his Heires Executors & Administrators doth Covenant promise Grant & agree to and
       with the said Michaell Holmes his Heires Executors & Assignes that he the said George
       Hawes at the time of the Ensealing & delivery of these Presents of and in the
       said Land and Premisses and of every part and parcell thereof stand seized of a
       good sure firme Title and Estate of Inheritance in Fee simple free and Cleere
       of all incumbrances whatsoever the Rents and services for the said Moyety or
       Equall halfe part of the aforesaid Tract or dividend of Land from this time to
       become due and payable to the Lord and Lords of the Fee of the Premisses onely
       Excepted & foreprized And that the said George Hawes now hath in himselfe
       good Right full power and Lawfull authority to Grant bargaine and sell
       the Moyety or Equall halfe part of the whole as aforesaid to him the said
       Michaell Holmes his Heires and Assignes in manner & forme as in these Presents
       before is Exprest And alsoe that the said Michaell Holmes his Heires and
       Assignes the aforesaid Moyety or Equall halfe part of the said Land and
       Premisses shall and may from henceforth for Ever peaceably & quietly have
       hold use occupy posses and Enjoy without the lett interrupcon or disturbance
       of him the said George Hawes his Heires Executors Adm.rs or any other psons
       whatsoever Claimeing or to Claime from by or under him them or any or Either
       of them And the said George Hawes for himselfe his Heires Executors and
       Adm.rs and every of them doth further Covenant to and with the said Michaell
       Holmes his Heires and Assignes the aforesaid Moyety or halfe part of the Land
       aforesaid and premisses with their Appurtenances as aforesaid to the said
       Michaell Holmes & his Heires & Assignes against all psons whatsoever Claimeing
       from by or under him the said George Hawes or by from ^by^ or under any psons whatsoever
       cleare Estate Right Title or Interest shall and will for ever warrant
       and defend by these Presents And the said George Hawes for himselfe his
       Heires Executors & Adm.rs doth Covenant Grant and Agree to & with the said
       Michaell Holmes his Heires and Assignes by these Presents that hee the said
       George Hawes shall and will at the reasonable request of him the said
       Michaell Holmes at any time within the space of seaven yeares make
       doe Execute and Acknowledge or cause to be made done Executed and
       Acknowledged all such further Act or Acts thing or things Assureance or
       Assureances Device or Devices in the Law whatsoever for the better and
       more assureing and sure makeing and Conveying of the above menconed
       Moyety or halfe part of the aforesaid Land and Premisses to him the said
