       to a Marsh with the said Marsh and swampe to a bounded Oake at the head of the said
       swampe and from the said oake runing south to another bounded oake over the head
       of a Creeke and from the said Oake to the uttermost bounds of the said Mannour and
       from thence to the said Creeke and soe bounded with the said Creek till it Intersects
       and comes to the said Valley called Goose Valley being layd out for four hundred Acres
       be it more or lesse lying in Calvert County aforesaid Conveyed to the said John Darnall
       by Richard Fenwick And alsoe all that moytie or halfe part of a parcell of land
       called Melwood Parke lying in Calvert County on the west side of Patuxen River and
       Begining at a bounded oake of a parcell of land late in the possession of Francis Swinsen
       called Back land bounded by the East by the said land and parcell of Land of
       Alexander Mackgrowther and Runing North for Two hundred and Ninety perches to a bounded
       white oake from the said oake west five hundred fifty two pches to a bounded Poplar
       and from thence south Two Hundred and Ninety pches where it Intersecteth a west
       line drawne from the first bounded Tree Conteyning and layd out for one Thousand and
       Fifty Acres purchased of Robert Carvile by Indenture bearing date the six and Twentieth
       Day of August 1684 And the moytie or halfe part of a parcell of land called Darnalls
       lott lying and being in Kent County and on the North side of Chester River and on the
       East side of prickle pair Creeke Begining at a marked oake standing by the side
       of the maine Branch of the said Creeke and Runing from the said Tree East in the
       woods Two Hundred pches then North Three hundred and Twenty pches and from thence
       west Two Hundred pches and from thence with a line drawne to the aforesaid Oake
       Conteyning and now layd out for Four Hundred Acres more or lesse Layd out for the said
       John Darnall the Fifteenth Day of August 1683 Alsoe the moytie of Foure Hundred
       Eighty Eight Acres lying in Calvert County aforesaid on the west side of the westerne
       Branch of Patuxen River at the head of a parcell of Land layd out for Robert Wells
       called Greene wood The said Four Hundred Eighty Eight Acres of land Begining at a
       bounded Ash of the said land being the North East bound Tree thereof runing thence west
       by the said land Three Hundred and Twenty pches to a marked oake thence North and by west
       Two Hundred and Fifty pches to a marked pockicory thence East Three Hundred and Twenty
       pches to a marked Oake a litle distance from the great branch side thence to the first
       bound Tree Layd out for the said John Darnall the Eighth day of January 1683 and
       the one full moytie or halfe part undevided of a parcell of land called peach Blossome
       lying and being in Cæcill County and one the East side of Elke River Begining at a
       marked red Oake standing at the head of a Glade of a branch of a Creeke proceeding
       out of the said river called Back Creeke it also being the Mile end of a parcell of land
       taken up by Cap.t Henry Ward called Long Acre and runing from the aforesaid Tree
       North Five Hundred pches then with a line drawne East North East Eighty pches then
       with a line drawne North Two Hundred pches then East North East Foure Hundred pches
       and from thence with a line drawne south Two Hundred pches then with a line drawne
       west south west One Hundred and Fifty pches and from thence with a line drawne south
       Five Hundred and twenty pches with a line drawne to the aforesaid Oake Conteyning
       and now layd out for fifteene Hundred Acres of land more or lesse which said land last
       menconed called Peach Blossome was layd out for the said John Darnall and Henry
       Ward aforesaid who died before the said John Darnall by Certificate bearing date the
       sixteenth Day of July 1683 And alsoe the moytie undevided of Three Thousand Acres
       of land lying in Tuckahoe Creeke neere the land of one Emanuell Jenkinson and layd
       out the sixth day of October 1683 by two severall Certificates One for seaventeene Hundred
       and Twenty Acre and the other for Twelve Hundred and Eighty Acres All which said
