479) 489 Capitall Messuage in Patuxen River And the other Tenn parcells of Land herein last menconed to be Graunted in moyties are by the last will and Testament of the said John Darnall Equally given and bequeathed unto the said Susanna his then wife and Henrietta Darnall the sole and onely daughter and Heire of the said John Darnall Equally to be devided betweene them and their Heires for Ever Together also with the moytie of all other lands which the said Susanna can or may clayme by vertue of the will of the said John Darnall And the Revercon and Revercons remainder and remainders of all and singuler the said premisses And all Rights priviledges buildings profitts Comodities and Appurtenances to the same belonging or apperteyning To have and to hold the said Tract of land called Greenes Oake the said Tract called Holdmanstone the said Tract called Southward the said Tract called Utiesly the said Tract called Bennetts Hope the said Tract called the Hills the said Tract called Castles Poynt the said Tract called Henrietta Maria The moytie of the Capitall or mansion house the moytie of Darnalls Campe the moytie of Darnalls Sylvania the moytie of the Affinity the moytie of Darnalls Farme the moytie of Fenwicks the moytie of Melwood Parke the moytie of Darnalls lott the moytie of the foure Hundred Eighty Eight Acres the moytie of Peach Blossome And the moytie of the said Three Thousand Acres in Tuckahoe And all other the premisses herein before menconed or intended to be Graunted with their and every of their Appurtenances unto them the said Vincent Lowe and Anthony Neale their Heires and Assignes for ever To the severall uses intents and purposes herein after expressed (that is to say) as for Touching and concerning The moytie of the said Capitall Messuage or mansion house in Patuxen River and the moytie of the land to the same belonging to the use of the said Henry Lowe and Susanna his wife for their lives and the life of the longer liver of them and after both their deceases to the use of the Right Heires of the said Henry Lowe for ever ^Touching & concerning^ And as for the said Tracts of land called Greenes Oake Holdmanstone Southward Utiesley and Bennetts Hope to the use of the Heires of the said Henry Lowe on the body of the said Susanna Begotten and for want of such Issue ^to y.e Right heires of the said Henry for Ever^ And as to all other the said hereby Graunted or menconed to be graunted premisses and every part and parcell of the same with the Appurtenances to the onely proper use and behoofe of the said Henry Lowe and of his Heires and Assignes absolutely and for ever And to and for none other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Wittnes whereof the parties aforesaid to these Indentures interchangeably have put their Hands and seales the day and yeare first above written Henry Lowe (sealed Susanna Lowe (sealed Sealed and delivered by the within named Henry Lowe and Susanna his wife after the Interlining of the words (had) the words (called Castles Poynt) the words (moytie or halfe pt of a) and of the words (the said Tracts of land called Greenes Oake Holdmanstone Southward Utiesley and Bennetts hope to the use of the Heires of the said Henry Lowe on the body of the said Susanna begotten and for want of such issue to the Right Heires of the said Henry for ever and as to) in the presence of Memorandum that this day to witt the Nineteenth day of September Anno Samuel Sewall Domini 1688 Before us William Digges and Nicholas Sewall Esq.rs two of his L.dspps Justices of the Provincial Court Came the within named Samuell Graste Henry Lowe and Susanna his wife in their pper persons And the said Susanna being by us alone and secretly Examined according to the forme Tho Grunwin of a certaine Act of Assembly in that case provided did acknowledge the lands in the within written to be the Right of them the within named Vincent Lowe and Anthony Neale and which they have of the guift |
