       to the then next Court to be held for the said Citty Faire List of the Names
       & sirnames of all and singular the Freemen & servants and Negroes inhabiting
       there that soe the Court may further order therein as to them shall seem meet
       and the same to be returned to the Councill upon makeing up the Publick levy
       for such yeare And the Levy to be layd upon the taxables of the said Citty
       when occasion require

Item   It alsoe is hereby ordeyned Enacted & Established that the Constable of the
       said Citty for the time being shall on the Last Saturday in every Month to
       Comence from the date hereof goe in and upon the severall roads & highwaies
       leading to in & about the said Citty and view & see the same roads and if
       occasion require to take with him sufficient helpe and assistance from the
       Inhabitants there as he shall thinke sufficient for the repaireing clearing amending
       & makeing the aforesaid roads passable both for horse Cart and foote
       and what Charge may accrue thereby the same to be payd & allowed out
       of the fines & forfeitures as shall be layd or imposed upon any pson by the Court

       Know all men by these Presents That I Robert Bronsdon of Boston in New
       England Merchant have ordeined constituted & appointed and doe by these
       Presents for me my heirs Executo.rs & Administrators ordain constitute &
       appoint my trusty and well Beloved Freind John Holland of Boston af.d
       Marriner to be my true & lawfull Attorney for me & in my name to ask
       demand Levy sue for & recover all such sume or sumes of money goods or
       Chattells whatsoever as shall appeare to be due & oweing to Me my heirs
       Executo.rs Adm.rs or Assignes Either by bills bonds accompts Recognizances
       Deeds or otherwise howsoever by or from any Person or persons w.tsoever
       within his Majesties Dominions of Virginia or Maryland Giveing &
       hereby granting to my said Attorney full power Lycence & Authority
       sue & implead or cause to be sued & impleaded all such persons as shall
       refuse the paym.t of such and soe much as shall app^e^are to be justly due
       & oweing to me my heirs Executo.rs & Adm.rs & to receive the same to &
       for my proper use & behoof & thereupon in my name to give Rece^i^pts or
       other discharges whatsoever Ratifying & Confirming whatsoever my
       said Attorney shall doe or cause to be done in & about the premisses in as
       full and ample manner to all intents and purposes as if I my selfe
       were personally present at the acting & doeing thereof In Wittnesse
       whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seale this first Day of Septemb.r
