       of them shall at any time hereafter conceale any breach of this law
       Comitted by any person or persons whatsoever the same being first proved
       against such Majestrate or Majestrates soe concealing the same such
       Majestrate or Majestrates shall be Fined for every such offence the sume
       of One Thousand pounds of tobacco to be recovered by way or Execucon
       upon his or their goods or Chattles

       All which Fines and forfeitures aforesaid to be recovered as aforesaid
       shall be disposed of at the discretion of the Mayo.r Recorder & Aldermen
       for the time being

Item   It is further enacted ordeyned and established by the Mayo.r Recorder
       Aldermen Comon Councillmen aforesaid that the Sherriff or subsherriffe of
       S.t Marys County shall & may Execute all writts & process within this Citty
       upon any person or persons Forreigners or others against whome such
       precept shall issue The said Sherriffe or subsherriffe first giveing notice
       thereof to any the Majestrates or to the Clarke of this Citty that the same
       may be Entred for w.ch Entry the s.d Clarke shall have and receive of the plt
       in such case the sume of twelve pence sterling or twelve pounds of Tobacco
       as Fee for the same

Item   Bee it alsoe Enacted ordeyned and Established that all Fines already levyed
       and hereafter to be levyed for any thing or matter whatsoever shall be putt
       into the hands of the Mayo.r for the time being or such officer as shall be by
       the Court appoynted for that purpose to be employed towards reparacon of
       of the landing or to such other uses as the Court thinke fitt

Item   It is alsoe Enacted thought fitt and Established that all persons that bring
       their servants to the Mayors Court to be adjudged shall pay twelve pence
       sterling Fee besides the Clarks Fee w.ch is two shillings & six pence sterl

       It is alsoe thought fitt and convenient to be Enacted and be it enacted
       Established and ordeyned That all housekeepers within this Citty two lathers
       one twenty four foote and the other twelve foote in length under the penalty
       of one hundred pounds of tobacco Fine a peece upon default

Item   It is also thought fitt and Convenient & Enacted established and ordeyned
       That all Chimneys in the s.d Citty shall ^be^ by the last day of November next
       lathed filled daubed and playstered under the penalty of Five hundred
       pounds of tobacco fine to be payd by the Owners thereof upon default

       Whereas the Major part of the members of this Court live remote from this
       Citty and notice cannot Conveniently be given them of the adjournments
       of the said Court Therefore

       It is thought fitt Enacted ordeyned & appoynted that the last Saturday in
