       This acknowledgment quitt Claime & agreement the said Thomas Jones
       hath Given them the said Joseph Bridger & Hester his wife foure score pounds
       of Currant Moneÿ of England

                         This deed was acknowledged in a Court held at the house of
                         M.rs Hester Bridger by M.rs Hester Bridger Ex.rx of the said
                         Coll Joseph Bridger deced to be her free and voluntarÿ act and
                         Deed this 3.d of July 1686

       Memorandum this day to witt the 23.d daÿ of September in the yeare off
       Our Lord 1687 Came here into Court the hon.ble William Stevens Esq.r
       and Bÿ vertue of a power and authoritÿ to him Granted by Hester
       Bridger Rellict and Ex.rx of Joseph Bridger Late of Virginia Esq.r deced
       and as attorneÿ of the said Hester Bridger Rellict & Ex.rx aforesaid and
       In her Name did acknowledge the within deed to bee the deed of the said
       Hester and Bÿ vertue thereof the within Menconed tract & pcell of Land
       To be the Right of the said Thomas Jones his heires & assignes

                         Acknowledged in open Co.rt by Coll Stevens as attorneÿ off
                         Hester Bridger to be the Right of the within Named Thomas
                         Jones & to the use of the said Thomas Jones his heires and assignes
                         for Ever

                            September the 27.th 1687
       Receaved of Coll W.m Stevens of Somersett Countÿ the sume of one hundred
       fourtÿ four pounds of tobaccoe being for the alienation of the within Mentioned
       Land for the use of his Lordpp
                                        P me         Henrÿ Darnall


       Whereas mÿ Late deceaced husband Coll Joseph Bridger was fully and
       Reallÿ intend to acknowledge and Confirme the sale of a Certaine p.rcell off
       Land beinge Eleven hundred acres Called Bridgers Lott as p deed of grannt
       bearing Date the First daÿ of August 1673  More fullÿ and More att Large itt
       Maÿ and Doth appeare unto Thomas Jones of Somesett Countÿ in the Province
       off Marÿland his heires and assignes for Ever and in order thereunto did
       appoint fouer of his Majestÿes Justices of the peace to acknowldge and Confirme
       the same and that verÿ Daÿ he the said Coll Joseph Bridger Now deceased in
       Which he was Visited with the hand of God and was taken speechlesse he then
       Did appoint the said Majestrates to Meete at his house to acknowledle & Confirme
       the foresaid sale of Land and in pursuance thereunto These presents
