452 (442 and hereditaments to the same Belonging or anÿ waÿ appertaineing To have and to hold the same & all & singular other the Premisses herebÿ mentioned or intended to be Mentioned bargained and sold & Every of them with their & Everÿ of there appurtenances & the reversions & remainders of them & Everÿ of them unto him the said Thomas Jones & to the heires & assignes of the said Thomas Jones for Ever tot eh onlÿ proper use & behoofe of him the said Thomas Jones & to his heires & assignes for Ever to be holden of the said Lord Prop.ry for & under the rents and services due by the originall receited deed of Grannt Reserved and the said Joseph Bridger & Hester his wife the said parcell of Land with the appurtenances there unto belonging doe for Ever freelÿ acquitt and discharge the same off & from all Manner of former & other bargains Grannts sales forfeitures doweryes Joyntures surrenders & of & from all other titles Incumbrances Claimes and demands whatsoever Claimeing from Bÿ or under them the said Joseph Bridger & Hester his wife their & Either of their heires shall and will warrant & defend to him the said Thomas Jones his heires and assignes for Ever In Confirmation & in full assurance of the Truth above written the said Joseph Bridger & Hester his wife have to these presents sett their hands & fixed their seales Giveing deed & state with full and Peacable possession by Liverÿ of seizin of & in the above Mentioned p.rmisses With the appurtenances thereunto belonging as the said Joseph Bridger & Hester his wife subscriptions fixing their Seales and Witnesses subscriptions as the Testimonÿ doe Manifest the day & yeare first above written signed sealed & delivered Hester Bridger in the presence of us Tho Pitt Henry Applewhaite Arth Smith on the back side of the afore receited Deed was Endorsed as foll Memorandum that this daÿ to witt y.e third daÿ of July in the second yeare of the Reigne of our Most gracious soveraigne Lord James the second by the grace of god of England Scotland France and Ireland King &c and in the yeare of our Lord one Thousand six hundred Eightÿ and six Came the hono.ble Joseph Bridger Esq.r & Hester his Wife parties to the within written Indenture in their proper persons and the said Hester being bÿ us Tho Pitt Coro.ll Arthour Smith Cap.t Henrÿ Applewaight & M.r John Worrÿ Justices of Isle weight alone & secretlÿ Examined accordingly did acknowledge the Land Called Bridgers Lott in the within written Indenture Mentioned to be the Right of him the Within Named Thomas Jones as those which the said Thomas hath of the Guift of them the said Joseph Bridger & Hester his wife & for them & their heires off Hester hath remised & Made quitt Claime thereof to the said Thomas Jones & his heires for Ever And further the said Joseph Bridger & Hester his wife have Granted for them & their heires & all & Every the heires of the said Hester that the Land Called Bridgers Lott within Mentioned unto him the said Thomas Jones and his heires against them the said Joseph Bridger & Hester his wife & their heires and all & Everÿ the heires of the said Hester will warrant for Ever and for this |
