       And if Need bee to account Compound and agree and upon the
       Recoveries and receipts Compositions & agreements to Make and give
       Due and sufficient acquittances and Discharges and in Case of oppositions
       or delaÿ for the said Constituant to appeare & his pson to represent
       In all Courts & before all Lords Judges and Justices Et Ebes in amplisimo
       forma contestari Cum facultate substituendi and generallÿ in and concerning
       the p.rmisses and the apendencies to doe say transact and accomplish all and
       whatsoever the said Constituant himself might or could doe if personally
       present although the Matter requiered more speciall authority then
       herein is Comprized hee the said Constituant hereby promising to hold
       and ratifie for good & vallid all & whatsoever his said attorneÿ or his
