       Together with all the Priviledges before Mentioned to him the said Robert
       Hagar his heires and assignes for Ever and the said Thomas Simpson
       for himselfe his heires Execut.rs & adm.rs doth Covenant promise & grant
       to & w.th the said Robert Hagar his heires and assigns that hee the said
       Thomas Simpson his heires Ex.rs & adm.rs the said Land & all other the
       Before bargained premisses & Everÿ part & parcell ther of w.th their
       & Every of there appurtenances to him the said Robert Hagar his
       heires & assignes to the only propper use and behoofe of him the said
       Robert Hagar his heires and assignes against him the said Thomas
       Simpson his heires Ex.rs & adm.rs and against all other person or persons
       Whatsoever shall & will warrant & for Ever here after defend by these
       presents the rents hereafter Mentioned for the same (to say) three
       shilling sterling Monÿ to be paid by y.e said Robert Hagar his heires
       or assignes Annually to the said Thomas Simpson his heires & assigns
       at his the said Thomas Simpson Now dwelling house fourty days a fore
       or fourty days the Nativity of our Blessed Saviour and that the
       said Thomas Simpson his heires Ex.rs & adm.rs shall at anÿ time or
       times within seaven ÿeares at the request & at the cost & charge
       In Law of the said Robert Hagar his heires & assignes give Make &
       Deliver to the said Robert Hagar his heires and assignes any such further
       & Better assurance or assurances as hee & theÿ or his & their Councell
       Learned in ^the^ Law shall him thereunto requier In Wittness whereof
       the parties above Named to these Present Indenturs have Interchangeably
       Sett to their hands & seals y.e day & year first above written

       & Volontary acknowledgement of the above Converance to be

       Memorandum Possession by Liverÿ and sezin by turfe and twigg
       off the Land within Mentioned according to Law was deliverd
