434 (424 acknowledged Levied suffered and Executed all and Every such further and other Lawfull and Reasonable act & acts thinge and things device and devices assurance and assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further better and more perfect assurance sure makeing and Conveyeing of all singular the aforementioned to bee hereby bargained premisses with thappurtenances and Everÿ parte and parcell thereof unto the said John Tanner his heires and assignes and to his and there owne proper Use and Behoofe for Ever as abovesaid and according to the true Meaneing of theise presents Bee itt by deed or deeds Inrolled or not inrolled the acknowledgment and inrollement of theise presents fyne or fynes Recoverie or Recoveries feoffement Release or Confirmacon With warranty according to the True Meaneing of theise presents or other wise without Warrantÿ by all anÿ or soe manÿ of the waÿes or meanes aforesaid or by anÿ other wayes or meanes and in such manner and forme as the said John Tanner his heires or assignes or any of them or his or theire Councell Learned in the Law shall bee Reasonab devised advised and required Which said further assurrance and assurances it is hereby declared and fully agreed by and betweene the said parties to theise presents shall bee and Enure and shall bee adjuged deemed constituted and taken to bee and Enure to the proper use and behoofe of the said John Tanner and of his heires and assignes for Ever and to none other use intent or purpose Whatsoever Witnesse whereof the parties first above named to theise present Indetures there hands and seales Interchangable have putt do the daÿ and ÿeare first written annoq.r Domini 1686 John Llewellin sealed on the backe side of the afor recited Deed was Endorssed as followeth signed sealed & delivered in the presence off and the words Under him or them being in four places written in the within deed by another hand before the Ensealing & delivery hereof in the Presence off Nich Taney Geo Parker Memorandum That the Within written Indenture with the Lands & premisses therein Menconed before us the six & twentyeth day off Aprill in the yeare of our Lord god one Thousand six hundred Eighty & seven acknowledged by the within Named John Lewellin to bee the Right off the said John Tanner his heires and assignes for Ever and att the same day & time Came Andery Lewellin the wife of the said John Lewellin who being secretly Examined out off the hearing off her said husband did freely clearely and Voluntarily Confesse that shee did give upp all & singuler her right title dowrÿ Claime & demand whatsoever of & in the within menconed Land & premisses without any feares fea thrats or displeasure of her said husband John Lewellin whereoff wee have here unto subscribed our Names the day & yeare first above written annoq Domini 1687 W.m Digges Nicholas Sewall |
