423) 432 and assigns and from and against all and Everÿ other persons and persons Under him or them shall and will warrant and for Ever Defend by these presents And the said John Llewellin for himselfe his heires Executors adm.rs and assignes and for Every of them Doth Covenant promise and grant to and with the said John Tanner his heires and assignes and to and with Every of them by theise presents in Manner and forme followeing that the said John Llewellin at the time off their sealing and deliverÿ off these presents is and standeth Lawfullÿ seized off and in the said parcell or tract of Land and other the premises above Mentioned to bee hereby granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed released and confirmed as aforesaid and Every part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances of a Good rightfull perfect absolute and indefeazible Estate of inheritance in fee simple without any Condition Mortgage or Limitation wich may any Waÿ alter Change defeate or determine the same and alsoe that the said John Llewellin at the tyme of them sealeing and delivery of theise presents hath himselfe full power good right and Lawfull authoritÿ to grant bargaine sell Enfeoffe release and Confirm the same unto the said John Tanner his heires and assignes in manner and forme aforesaid And alsoe that the said John Tanner his heires and assignes and Every off them shall and may from tyme to tyme and at all times for Ever hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold use occupie possesse and Enjoye the said parcell or tract of Land and premisses above mentioned to bee hereby granted bargained aliened Enfeoffed released and Confirmed as aforesaid and Every part and parcell thereof with thappertenances without any Lett suit trouble Evicion Mollestation Deniall Disturbance incumbrance or interruption of him the said John Llewellin his heires Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes or of or by anÿ other person or persons under him or them And alsoe free and Cleare and freely Clearly and absolutelÿ acquitted Exenorated and Discharged of and from all and all manner off former and other guifts grants bargaines sales Leases Joyntures dowers uses wills intayles fynes profit fynes Issues amerciaments seizures Judgements Executions Extents statutes recognizances Rents arrerages of rents orders decrees charges troubles and incumbrances what soever had made Comitted donn or suffered by the said John Lewellin his heires Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes or by any other person or persons under him or them the rents and services which shall from hence forth growe due and payable for the said p.rcell or tract of Land and premises to the Cheife Lord or Lords of the fee or fees off Whom the same are holden onely Excepted and fore prized And further the said John Llewellin doth for himselfe his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs Covenant promise and grant to and with the said John Tanner his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs and Every off them and all and Everÿ other person and persons having or Lawfully Claymeing or that or that hereafter shall or maÿ have or Lawfullÿ Clayme any Estate right title Intrest or thinge of in or out off the before mentioned to bee hereby bargained premisses with thappurtenances or any of them or any part thereof by from or under the said John Llewellin or by from or under any other person or psons under him or them shall and will from tyme to tyme and att all tÿmes hereafter uppon Everÿ reasonable request and at the Cost and Charges the Law off the said John Tanner his heires and assignes or anÿ of them Make doe acknowledge Levie suffer and Execute or Cause to bee Made |
