       Intent & off the pties to these presents that iff the said George Talbot his Execut.rs
       administrat.rs or assignes or anÿ off them doe and shall truely pay or Cause to be
       paid the severall Debts dues and Demands in the Condition off the said obligacon
       Menconed to the psons and at the severall Daÿes and tymes in the same Condicon
       Menconed and iff the said George Talbot his Execut.rs administ.rs or assignes or
       anÿ off them doe and shall from time to time and at all times hereafter Well
       and sufficiently save and keepe harmeles and indemnified the above Named
       Edward Pye his heÿres Execut.rs and administ.rs and his & their Lands & tenements
       goods Chattles & hereditem off for from and Concerneing the above recited bond or
       Obligacon and off and from all accons suits arrests Costs Charges & Demands what
       soever Concerning the same without fraud or Covin That then this present grannt
       bargaine and sale shal bee utterly voyd frustrate and off None Effect any thing
       herein before conteyned to the Contrarÿ thereoff in any wise notwithstanding
       In testimony Whereoff the said pties have hereunto interchangeably sett
       to their hands and seales the day and yeare first above Written

       December the 31.th annoq.r Domini 1686 Then Came before us W.m Digges and
       Nicholas Sewall Esq.r two off his Lordpps Justices off the provinciall Court the within
       Named George Talbott and Sarah his wife and the said Sarah being secretly Examined
       according to act off assembly in that Case made and provided Did Voluntarily and off
       her owne free will together with the said George Talbott acknowledge the within
       mentioned Deed to be by them signed sealed and Delivered for the uses Intents and
       purposes therein mentioned
