419) 428 Know all men by these psents thatt I Richard Royston of Talbot Countÿ in the province off Maryland Gent have Received Released acquitted & for Ever quit Claimed and by these psents doe remise release acquit and for Ever quit Claime unto W.m Preston off old England Mariner his heires Exect.rs & administrat.rs all & all Manner off accon & accons Cause & Causes off accon and accons suite bills bonds reckenings Judgem.ts Execucons Extents quarrells Controverys Claimes & Demands Whatsoever w.ch against the said W.m Preston I Ever had Either in my owne Name or in the Name off the right honorable the Lord prop.ry or w.ch I my heires Execut.rs administrat.rs or any off us Either in our ^owne^ Name or in the Name off the said Lord prop.ry shall can or may hereafter have Comand Claime or Demand Either att Comon Law or in Equitÿ for by reason off the former transportation off any servant or servants off me the said Richard Royston or for or by Reason off any breach off his good abearance in this province or the forfeiture of anÿ recognizance or obligacon passed to his Lorpp.s the Lord proprietarÿ for such his good abearance by Means off such transportacon off servants ^as^ aforesaid or for or by reason off any other Matter Cause or Differance betweene me the said Richard Royston and the said W.m Preston from the begining off the world to this daÿ off the date hereoff In Witness Where off I the sd Richard Royston and the said have hereunto set my hand & seal this first daÿ off December anno Domini 1686 signed sealed & Delivered Richard Royston in the psence off sealed John Woodward Sam Smith Mariland fs To all to whom these presents shall Come I James Mills off Baltimore Countÿ in the province off Maryland Gent send Greeting Whereas I the said James Miller did Latelÿ in the provinciall Court off this province bring an accord off account against John Wells Marryner on w.ch accon one John Addison off S.t Maryes Countÿ Gent became speciall bayle for the said Walls by this Recognizance in the same Court Entred said James Mills and Where as I have also obteyned Judgem against the said John Wells Upon the accon aforesaid for one hundred and Thirtÿ pounds damages w.th costs off suite as by the records off the said Co.rt may more att Large appeare and Whereas I have appointed Rob.t Carvile off S.t Maryes Countÿ Gent my attorneÿ to sue & prosecute the said John Wells and John Addison Upon the Judgem & Recognizance off speciall Bayle afforesaid off w.ch Execucon as yet wants to be Done & hereby impowered him to receive the said Debt soe a debt due from mee to the said Robert to the Vallue off six thousand seaven hundred fourty & nine pounds off & his necessary Charges or and about the recoverÿ hereoff as by y.e Le off attornÿ may more at Large appeare Now Know ÿee that I the said James Mills for further security off the said Debt off six thousand seaven hundred fourty Nine pounds off tobacco have assigned & set over to the said Robert Carvile his heirs |
