       Remainder off the said sume off thirtÿ seaven thousand two hundred pounds
       off tobacco on the tenth day of Januarÿ wich shall be in the yeare off our
       Lord God one thousand six hundred Eightÿ and seaven according to the tenour
       off two severall bills off Equall date with these presents made & Entreted
       into by the said Michaell Miller to the said Thomas Cleggat for the payement
       off the said sume off thirtÿ seaven thousand two hundred pounds of tobacco by
       the proporcons and at the severall dayes & times aforesaid In Witnes wherof
       the parties aforsaid to these Indentures interchancably have set their hands
       & seales the daÿ and yeare first above written
sealed and delivered in the presence                                 M Miller   sealed
off Ne.a Blakiston

     Tho Grunwin

                                              on the backe side off the afor recited Deed was Endorsed
                                              as foll               viz.t


       The Eleaventh day off Septemb.re 1686 the within Named Michaell Miller
       acknowledged the Within written to be his act & deed before us two off his
       Lorpps Justices of the provinciall Court

        These are to Certifie to all y.t maÿ be concerned y.t I whose Name is Under
       Written Minister off y.e Gospell in y.e province off Marÿland have Joyned
       in the holy state of Matrimonÿ Richard Smith and Barbara Rousby
       being Impowered soe to doe by the Church off England and Lycenced to the same
       by one off the Deputÿ Governors off the said province upon the 13.th day
       off July Last to the best off my remenbrance in the ÿear off our Lord one
       thousand six hundred Eightÿ six in Witnes off which I sett here mÿ hand
