       Grant bargaine sell alien and Confirme to him the said Nicholas Sewall his heyres and
       and assignes All that part or Dividend off the tract and parcell off Land called
       Brooke feild before in and by these presents menenconed to bee devised and
       bequeathed to him the said Robert Brookes by the Last Will & Testament off the
       said Thomas Brooke father off him the said Robert in manner and forme
       aforesaid and all houses and buildings orchards gardens proffits Commodities
       hereditaments and appurtn.s whattsoever to the same tract or dividend off Land
       in and by these presents meant menconed or intended to b ee bargained and
       sold and Every part and parcell thereof and all his the said Robert Brookes
       right title interest Clayme and demand whatsoever in or to the same or any
       part or parcell thereoff with To have and to hould the said part or dividend
       off the tract and parcell off Land Called Brooke feild aforesaid hereby meant
       menconed to bee bargained and sold premisses and Every parte & parcell thereof
       With the appurtn.s to him the said Nicholas Sewall his heyres and assignes to
       the only proper Use and behoofe off the said Nicholas Sewall his heyres and assignes
       for Ever And the said Robert Brooke doth for himselfe his heyres Executors and
       administrators Covenant promise grannt and agree to and with the said Nicholas
       Sewall his heyres and assignes by these presents that he the said Robert Brooke
       and his heyres the said part and Dividend off Land to him the said Robert bequeath
       Bequeathed as aforesaid and hereby bargained and sold unto the said Nicholas
       Sewall and his heyres and assignes against all psons whatsoever will & shall
       Warrant and for Ever defend by these presents The Rents and services hereafter
       to become due and payable to the Right honorab.l the Lord & proprietor off
       the said province only Excepted and foreprized And the said Robert Brooke
       Doth further for himselfe his heyres Executors and administrators Covenant promise
       Grannt and agree to and with the said Nicholas Sewall his heyres and assignes
       his heÿres and assignes by these presents that he the said Robert Brooke his
       heyres and assignes and all and Every other person and persons and their
       heyres Lawfully having or Clayming or rightfully pretending to have or
       Which hereafter shall or may Lawfully have or Clayme or rightfully
       pretend to have any Estate right title interest or demand in to or outt off the
       Before bargained and sold premisses by from or under the said Robert Brooke
       his heyres and assignes shall and will from time tyme and att all tymes
       hereafter at and upon the reasonable request and att the Costs and Charges in
       the Lawe off the said Nicholas Sewall his heyres and assignes make doe pforme
       acknowledge Leavÿ Executed and suffer or Cause to bee made done performed
       knowledged Leavÿed Executed and suffered all and Every such further Lawfull
       and reasonable act & acts thing and things Devise and Devises assurance and
       assurances and Conveyances in the Lawe whatsoever for the further better and
       More perfect assurance sure making and Conveying off all and singular the
       hereby before grannted or menconed to bee granted premisses with their and Every
       of their rights members and appurtinces unto the said Nicholas Sewall his
       heyres and assignes for Ever bee itt by Fine Feoffement Deed or Deeds
       Enrolled or by anÿ other wayes or meanes whatsoever as by the said Nicholas
       Sewall his heyres or assignes or his or their Councell Learned in the Lawes shall
       bee reasonably advised devised or required In testimony Whereoff the said
       Henry Darnall as the attornÿ off the said Robert Brooke hereunto Legallÿ constituted
       and appointed as aforesaid caused these present to be affirmed with his
       owne propper hand and seale and the hand and seale off the said Robert
       Brooke the Daÿ and year first above Written
