       To all Christian People to whom these presents shall come greeting
       Know Yee that I Thomas Skeviton of the County of lower Norfolke
       in the Collony of Virginia Planter For and in the Consideration
       of the full sume of three thousand pounds of to me in hand maid
       by John Baker hereafter named the Receipt whereof I Doe hereby
       acknowledge Have and by these presents doe bargaine Sell Alien
       and Confirme unto the said John Baker of the County of S.t Maryes
       in the Province his heirs Executors Administrators and Assignes
       one Indian Slave of the Age of six years or thereabouts Hereby
       warranting the said Indian Slave unto the said John Baker his
       heirs Executo.rs Adm.rs and Assignes against any person or persons
       whatsoever and Alsoe against my self my heirs Execut.r and Adm.r
       In Wittnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this
       thirteenth day of July in the Eleaventh year of the Dominion of the
       Right Honourable Charles &c.a Annoq Domini 1686

       Know all men by these presents that I William Duckingfeild of the Province
       of Carolina Gent doe hereby bargain and sell unto Thomas Skevington
       of the County of lower Norfolke in the Collony of Virginia one certeine
       Indian Slave about six years the age of six years or thereabouts with
       warranty from me my heirs Executors and Adm.rs to him the said
       Skevington his heirs Executors Administrators and Assignes against
       any person or persons whatsoever Claiming ^the same^ In Wittnesse whereof
