       sumoned appeared att the Court aforesaid and being asked what he had to say why
       the ship and goods afore should not be condemned Answered that he submitted
       himself to the Judgem.t of the Court

                               This is a true Coppy of the proceedings of the aforesaid Court
                               as the same was by M.r Henry Lowe Clk Transmitted to the
                               Provincial Court of this province and from thence coppyed
                               by
                                                    Tho Grunwin Clk of the Pro.ll Court

       In Testimony of the Truth of the Coppy above & before written we have
       caused the great seal of the Province of Maryland to be hereunto affixed
