       Statute not weighing nor the paines penaltyes and forfeitures in the same
       contayned any wayes regarding then & there had imported and brought in
       to the said Province of Maryland and the said ship or vessell the severall goods
       & merchandizes of the growth in the schedule hereunto annexed mentioned and
       divers and sundry other goods and merchandizes being all of them goods and
       Merchandizes of the growth production or manufacture of Europe which were
       not realy and bona fide Shipped Laden or taken in in England Wales or the Town
       of Berwick upon Tweede but were by the said James Scott Shipped or Laden or
       Taken on board the said ship or vessell in the Kingdomes of Scotland or Ireland And
       the same goods & merchandizes for as aforesaid Imported into this Province
       he the said James SCott did then & there out of the said Ship or Vessell unloade
       and putt a shore he the said James Scott not having first made Entry of the said
       ship with the officer appointed by the said Governour for that that purpose
       or att any other time since and before breaking of bulke deliver or cause to be
       delivered to the Governour or the said officer by him thereunto authorized &
       Appointed a true and perfect inventory invoyce or perticular of the sev.rll
       goods or Comodityes of the said ships Loading Together with the place or places
       in which the said goods were Loaden or taken into the said ship or vessell as in
       and by the said Statute the said James Scott was required & enjoyned Against
       the form of the Statute aforesaid in that case made and provided Whereupon
       the said Nicholas Sewall who aswell for the said Lord the King & the said Govern.r
       as for himself prosecuteth in this behalf prayeth the advice of the Court in the
       premisses And that the said Ship called the Albercorne of London Derry may be
       forfeited with all her Gunns takle amunition furniture and apparell and all the
       goods and comodityes imported as aforesaid according to the form of the Statute
       aforesaid And that the same forfeiture may be divided into three Equall parts
       one Third part ^thereof^ to our soveraigne Lord the King our third part thereof to the
       said Lord Prop.ry cheif Governour as aforesaid of this Province and the other
       third part residue of the said forfeiture to him the said Nicholas Sewall Collector
       as aforesaid according to the form of the said Statute And that the said James
       Scott may come into Court and answere our said soveraigne Lord the King the
       said Governour as aforesaid And the said Nicholas Sewall who aswell for the said
       Lord the King the said Governour as for himself in this behalf prosecuteth of and
       upon the premises

       Then was Henry Lowe chosen and admitted Clerke by the said Court

       The Court Adjourned for an hour And then sate again Present as before

       James Scott being Legally summoned appeared in Court and at Comander &
       and Master of the Ship Albercorne aforesaid Acknowledged the matter in the Information
       above alleadged to be true and that he submitted himself to the Judgment
       of the Court         Whereupon itt is considered by the Court here That the
       Comodityes goods wares and Merchandizes in the Information and Schedule
       annexed And the Ship aforesaid with all her Gunns Tackle Furniture Amunition
       and Apparell be lost and forfeited according to the form of the Statute aforesaid
       viz.t one Third part thereof to our said Soveraigne Lord the King one other
       third part thereof to the Lord prop.ry aforesaid cheif Governour of this province
       And the other third part thereof to the said Nicholas Sewall who aswell for
       our soveraigne Lord the King & the said Lord Prop.ry Cheif Governour of
       this Province as for himself prosecuteth According to the form of the Charter be
