       Receiv.rs of his Lopp the Lord Prop.ry of the Province his Duetys and forfeiture in the Province
       aforesaid and Nehemiah Blackiston Esq.r his Majestys Comptroller and Surveyo.r Genall of all
       the rates duetys and Imposicons due and payable to his said Majesty in the said Province of
       Maryland send greeting in our Lord God everlasting Whereas the said Nehemiah
       Blackiston and Samuel Cooper his Deputy by Thomas Burford their Attorny aswell for our
       said soveraigne Lord the King and the Lord Prop.ry Cheife Governo.r of this Province of Maryland
       as for themselves the fifth day of March last past exhibited to the Justices of the Prov.ll
       Court of this said Province their Certaine Informacon against John Woodside Master or
       Comander of the good ship or vessell called the Robert of Larue in the Kingdome of Ireland
       rideing at Anchor in Som.rsett County in the said Province thereby giveing the Court to
       understand That contrary to a statute made in the Fifteenth yeare of his now Ma.tys
       raigne whereby it was enacted by authority of Parliament That from and after the
       twenty fifth day of March 1664 Noe Comodity of the growth production or manufacture
       of Europe should be imported into any land Island plantacon Collony Territory or
       place to his Majesty belonging on w.ch should therafter belong unto or be in the possession
       of his Majesty his heires & successro.rs in Asia Africa or America (Tangeir only
       excepted) but what should be bona fide and without fraud laden and shipped in
       England Wales or Towne of Berwick upon Tweed Hee the said John Woodside did
       bring into this Province in the shipp aforesaid severall European Comoditys in the said
       Informacon menconed which were not really and bona fide shipped laden or taken
       in in England Wales or Towne of Berwick upon Tweed And whereas it hath been
       soe farr proceeded in the Provinciall Court aforesaid That for the Transgressions against
       the said Statute the Comoditys goods wares and Merchandizes menconed in the
       Informacon aforesaid and the shipp aforesaid with all her guns Tackle furniture
       amunicon and apparrell were adjudged to be lost and forfeited in proporcons according
       to the forme of the statute before recited And whereas alsoe the said shipp guns
       amunicon and furniture together w.th the goods and comoditys aforesaid have been and
       are by vertue of a Comission from the said Provinciall Court appraised at the sume of
       one hundred sixty one pounds one shilling & Eight pence sterling Out of which
       the sume of one hundred forty Eight pounds one shilling for seamens wages by the
       Judgement of the said Court ordered to be allowed and discounted & an account thereof
       taken by Coll William Stevens and Samuel Cooper aforesaid there onely remaines to be divided
       as aforesaid the sume of Thirteen pounds and Eight pence That is to say one third pte
       thereof to our said soveraigne Lord the King one third pte thereof to the said Lord Prop.ry or
       Cheife Governo.r of the Province aforesaid and the other third part thereof to the said
       Nehemiah Blackistone and Samuel Cooper who as well for the said King and the said
       Lord prop.ry as for themselves prosecute as in and by the Records of the said Provinciall
       Court relacon being thereunto had more plainely and more at large it doth and
       may appeare And whereas the said John Woodside hath payd to the said Coll
       William Stevens the sume of four pounds six shillings and Tenn pence for the use
       of his Majesty for his said Majestys third part of the said sume of Thirteene pounds
       Eight pence sterling and unto the said Coll Henry Darnall and Coll W.m Digges
       the like sume of four pounds six shillings Tenn pence sterling for the third part thereof
       due to the said Lord Prop.ry Cheife Governo.r as aforesaid and to the said Nehemiah
       Blackiston for himselfe and the said Samuel Cooper the sume of four pounds six
       shillings and Ten pence sterl the remainder third part as due to them for their
       prosecucon in the p.rmisses aforesaid which is in full satisfaction of the shipp and
       goods appraised as Aforesaid Now Know yee that Wee the said William Stevens
