Nathaniell Davis To the Hon.ble Coll Henry Darnall & Coll W.m Diggs Comissarys Gen.ll Coll Stevens Cert Deputy Governo.r and also to M.r Nehemiah Blackiston Comptroler & surveyo.r Genall of his Majestys Customes of the Province Esq.r In pursuance of an order of the Prov.ll Court held at the Citty of S.t Marys the fifth day of March in the Tenth yeare of the Dominion of the Right Hon.ble Charles Lord Baltemo.r &c Annoq.r Dm 1684 These are humbly to Certifie that I did Administer the of an Appraisor unto Cap.t John Osbourne M.r James Dasheile M.r Richard Whitty M.r John King all of Sumersett County and in the said Order named & by the Court to the Consent of the said Nehemiah Blackiston and Sam.ll Cooper to be Appraisers of the ship called the Ossery of Londonderry in Ireland w.th all her Tackle Furniture Ap guns and goods menconed in the said Order The said Appraisors mett and Apraised same and on the Nineteenth of this instant I received the said Appraisement from the Appraisors in writeing under their hands & seales w.ch I Transmitt here incliosed according the said Order of the Provinciall Court In witness whereof I have hereunto putt my hand the 24.th March Annoq.r Dm 1684/5 Will Stevens (sealed) |
