       the said Bay in the County of Baltemore in a Creeke called Charne Creeke and att the head
       of the south Branch of the said Creeke Beginning att a marked Pickikkory & bounding on
       the southermost line of a parcell of land formerly taken up by John Collett & George Goldsmith
       & running from the said Pickhiccory into the woods (South East) One hundred & sixty perches
       unto a marked popler standing nigh the branch of a Creeke called the back Creeke bounding on
       the said popular by a line drawne South west One hundred & six perches unto a Marked
       pickhiccory standing between two branches of the aforesaid back Creeke bounding on the said
       Pickhiccory by a line drawne South East Two hundred perches unto a marked Gume bounding
       on the said Gumme by a line drawne southwest Two hundred sixty & four perches bounding
       on the southwest by a line Drawne Northwest three hundred & fifty perches to the first
       marked pickhiccory conteyning & now laid our for seven hundred Acres more or lesse as by
       Pattent for the same bearing date the tenth day of January in the fortyeth year of the
       Dominion of Right Hono.ble Cæcilius deceased of ever blessed memory And in the year
       of Our Lord One thousand six hundred seventy & One relation being thereunto had may
       more att large appear To have and to hold the said Bargained parcell of Land together
       with the houses thereon erected or built on which shall be hereafter erected or built in and
       upon the said Bargained premises together with all Timber trees Woods & Underwoods
       thereupon growing unto him the said Richard Pullen his heires & Assignes for ever
       together with all profitts Comodities & Appurtenances thereunto belonging Which said
       bargained premises is scituate & being in Cæcill County in the possession of him the said
       Richard Pullen his Assigne or Assignes And the said Randoll Henson as Attourny of the
       said Robert Williams for himself his heires Executors Administrators & Assignes doth hereby
       Covenant promise grant & agree to & with the said Richard Pullen his heires & Assignes by these
       presents in manner & form following (that is to say) That he the said Randolph Henson att the
       time of the ensealing & Delivery of these presents hath in himself good right full power & lawfull
       Authority to grant bargaine sell & Convey all & singular the before hereby bargained premises
       with their & every of their Appurtenances unto the said Richard Pullen his heires & Assignes for
       ever in manner & forme as aforesaid And that he the said Richard Pullen his heires & Assignes
       & every of them shall & may by force & vertue of these presents from time to time & att all times
       for ever hereafter lawfully peaceably & quietly have hold use occupy possesse & enjoy all & singular
       the before bargained premisses with the Appurtenances without the lawfull lett suite trouble or
       Disturbance of him the said Randoll Henson or the said Robert Williams & of & from all other
       or any or either of them or any other person or persons Lawfully claimeing by from or under them
       or theire heires or Assignes or by their meanes privity or procurement And that free & cleer of
       and from all former bargaines sales guifts grants Leases Morgages Joyntures Dowers and more
       especially the Dower of                   now wife of the said Robert Williams & of & from all other
       Incumbrances whatsoever had made comitted or Done by him the said Randolph Henson & the
       said Robert Williams S/S his heires & Assignes shall & will att any hereafter within the space of
       seven yeares att the Chardges of him the said Richard Pullen make & acknowledge such further
       Conveyance & assurance in the law whatsoever for the better Confirming of the said Bargained
       premises unto the said Richard Pullen his heires & Assignes for ever As Councill Learned in the
       Law shall devise Advise or require In Wittness whereof the said Randolph Henson as Attorny
       of the said Robert Williams have hereunto sett his hand & seale the Day & year first above written
       Signed sealled & Delivered
       In the presence of us
          John Llewellin   Thomas Bland                                                         Randolph Pd Henson
S/S or either of them or by their meanes privity or Consent the rents and services from henceforth to grow due and payable for the same only excepted and foreprised And that the said Randolph Henson and the said Robert Williams

                      On the back side of the foregoing Deed was thus written

        1683   The within written Deed was by the within named Randolph Henson Attorny of
                   Robert Williams acknowledged in the Provinciall Court to the uses therein mentioned
