       for Erro.rs assigned and the Def.ts answere thereunto being read and heard and by the Justices here fully
       understood and diligently examined and for that it appeareth to the same Justices that in the Record
       and processe aforesaid and also in the rendring of Judgem.t aforeforesaid in the Court of Calvert County
       aforesaid it is in nothing Erred but that the Judgem.t given in the said plaint is good and sufficient in
       law and that Noe Erro.r is therein Therefore it is Considered that the said Judgem.t of the County Court
       of Calvert County aforesaid be assumed and that in all things it stand in force and Vertue Notwithstanding
       the allegacon and assignem.t of Erro.rs of the said John Abington and that the said William Kidd
       Recover against the said John Abington aswell the Costs of suite by him layd out and expended to be
       Taxed by the Justices of the said County County Court in the Judgem.t aforesaid and the damages according
       to act of Assembly in this Case made and provided as alsoe the sume of
       pounds of Tobacco Costs of suite in this Court layd out and expended and that a writt of Procedendo
       issue to the Comission.rs of the said Court of Calvert County to impower them to tax Costs upon the
       Judgem.t aforesaid given in the Court aforesaid


       This Indenture made the Tenth day of January in the seaventh year of the Dominion of the
       Right honoble Charles absolute Lord and Prop.ry of the Provinces of Maryland &c Annoq.r Dne One
       thousand six hundred Eighty & One Betweene Jonathan Squire of the County of St Marys
       Planter of the One part & John Meades & Richard Weller of the same County Planters of the
       other part Witnesseth that the said Jonathan Squire for & in Consideracon of the sume of Six
       thousand pounds of Tobacco to him in hand payd by the said John Meades & Richard Weller
       the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every part thereof doth
       hereby clearly & absolutely acquitt and discharge the said John Meades & Richard Weller
       Hath granted bargained and sold and by these p.rsents doth clearly and absolutely grant bargaine
       & sell unto the said John Meades & Richard Weller All that Tract of land or Plantacon called
       Musts mount lyeing on the North side of Pottuxen River neer a Creek called the Hunting
       Creeke and on the North side of the said Creeke neer the mouth begining att a marked oake
       by the Marsh bounding on the South by a line drawne North North west from the said oak
       up the said River for the length of seaventy five perches to a marked Oake on the west
       with a line drawne North East and by North from the said Oake for the length of
       Five hundred perches on the North w.th a line drawne South East into the said Creeke
       on the East w.th the said Creeke contayning & layd out for Two hundred Acres more or less
       togeather w.th all and singuler the houses Ediffices buildings Gardens Orchards wayes
       Easem.ts profitts priviledges & Comoditys to the same Tract of land or Plantacon belonging
       or in any wise apperteining and all the Reversion & Revercons remainder & remainders
       estate & interest of him the said Jonathan Squire of & in all & singular the p.rmisses w.th all &
       every their Incidents & all Evidences writeings & minum.ts of or Concerning the said Tract
       of land Plantacon & p.rmisses To have and to hold the said Tract of land Plantacon & p.rmisses
       before menconed with all & every the appurtences Severally & dividedly the one halfe unto the
       said John Meades & his heires for Ever and the other halfe to the said Richard Weller his heires
       & Assignes for Ever To be holden of the Lord Prop.ry for and under the Rents & services
       hereafter to become due & payable And the said John Squire for himselfe his heires Exec.rs
       and Admistrs doth hereby Covent promise & grant to and with the said John Meades & Richard
       Weller their heires & Assignes that he the said Johnathan Squire his heires & Assignes the said
