209) 218 To all people to whome this p.rsent writeing shall come Wee Edward Lloyd ^late^ of the parish of Stepny now of S.t Mary Matsellen alias White Chappell in the County of Middx Gentleman & Grace my wife late widdow & sole Executrix of the last will & Testam.t of William Parker senio.r late of Stepni aforesaid Planter deceased And Henry Buckerfeild of London woodmonger & Elizabeth my wife only daughter of the said William Parker senoir & heir att law & owne sister of William Parker Juior late of the Clifts in Maryland aforesaid Casually deceased who was the only sonn & heir att law of the said William Parker Senoir send greeting in our Lord Everlasting Know yee that wee the said Edward Lloyd & Grace my wife & Henry Buckerfeild & Elizabeth my wife aswell in right of our selves as our respective wifes due & claime in manner aforesaid and for divers good causes & Consideracons no hereunto moving Have made ordeined deputed putt & Constituted and by these p.rsents doe for us & every of us Joyntly or severally make ordeyne depute putt and Constitute our trusty & loving freinds Samuell Lane Chirurgeon & Francis Mauldin Planter both of Maryland aforesaid our true & lawfull Attornys & Procurato.rs joyntly & severally for us & in our nany of our names and to our use & uses To aske demand levy Recover and receive of & from all and every person and persons whatsoever whome it doth or may concerne that stands any ways indebted to us or any of us Joyntly or severally In any manner of wise all such sume & sums of money Goods wares merchandizes Effects & things whatsoever whether due by bill bond legacy writeing reckoning accompt Contract bargaine sale assignem.t Consignm.t or otherwise nothing excepted or reserved And also to possess & recover to our use & uses All such estate reall or personall whatsoever in Maryland aforesaid belonging or descended to us or either or any of us joyntly or severally And more Especially to recover & receive our Concernes & dues lands Plantacons stock Negroes Cattle & servants that are or may be in the hands Custody or possession of any person or persons whatsoever Debtors Admstrator or Administrators w.ch is and was the Estate reall or personall of the said William Parker Jun.r deced And upon non payment refuseall or denyall of surrender or delivery of possession or satisffaccon thereof the said person or persons Debtors Administrato.rs or Possesso.rs To sue dispossess & Eject & possession thereof to take & receive in the name or names & to the use or uses of us Constituants or any of us joyntly or severally as aforesaid Likewise impowering our said Attornys & Procurato.rs Joyntly & severally to bargaine sell Alienate Confirm or Exchange make of such or soe much lands plantacons or Dividents to us or any of us belonging according to order and advice from us from Time to time received And upon such sale Alienacon or Exchange To passe & make such Deeds & writeings as by Councell learned in the law shalbe reasonably devised advised or required And from time to time by the first & best oppertunity p.rsenting to make returnes to us into England of the produce and proceed of the p.rmisses or any part thereof with just and true accompt (of the |
