       Jun.r his heires and Assignes forever To the sol Onely and proper Use and behoof
       of the said Richard Smith Jun.r his heires and Assignes for ever And that, the sd
       Robert Wright for himself his heires Executo.rs Adm.rs and Assignes & for every of
       them Doth Covenant Promise and grant to and with the said Richard Smith his
       heires and Assignes by these presents in Manner and forme Following that is
       to say That the said Robert Wright is Now and soe the very true sole perfect &
       Lawfull Owner of the said parcell of Land & all and singuler other the premisses
       in free soccage and that the said Robert Wright Now at the sealeing & delivery
       of these p.rsents is Lawfully truely solely and indefeizeably seized in Free and
       Comon soccage To the use of himself and off his heires and Assignes for ever &
       to Nowe other Use and that without any Consideracon Condicon further Limitacon
       or Determinacon of any use or uses off or in the said parcell of Land w.th the appurtenances &
       off and in all & singuler other the said premisses herein before mentioned to be given granted
       bargained sold Alienated and Confirmed And that the said Robert Wright hath in himself
       full power good right & Lawfull authority to give grant bargaine sell Alienate and Confirme
       the said parcell of Land & premisses and every part and parcell thereof w.th the appurtenances
       to the said Richard Smith his heires & assignes in manner and forme aforesaid And that the
       said parcell of Land and premisses by these presents Given granted sold alienated and
       Confirmed and Every part and parcell thereof be Holden in Free & Comon soccage by
       fealty only by all manner of services under such Rents Covenants and Condicons Limitacons
       and Exceptions as in and by the said Deede of Grant is reserved and Exprest And that the
       said parcell of Land and all and singuler other the premisses with their Appurtenances and
       Every part and parcell thereof at the time of the Ensealeing and delivery of these p.rsents are
       Cleare and Free and sole from time to time and att all times hereafter shall and may stand
       Abide Remaine and Continue unto the said Richard Smith Jun.r his heires and Assignes freely
       & Clearely Discharged Exonerated and Acquitted Or otherwise by the said Robert Wright his
       heires Executo.rs and Adm.rs Defended and Kept harmelesse Off and from all and Every former
       Guifts grants bargaines sales Estates uses Condicons statutes Marchants statutes of the
       staple Recognizances Condempnations Judgments Executons Annuityes Fees Joyntures
       Dowers Wills Intayles Fynes Issues amerciaments Rents Charge Rent arreareages of
       Rents and Off and from All and all manner of former Titles troubles Charges & incumbrances
       whatsoever had made Comitted Acknowledged or done by the said Robert Wright his heires &
       Assignes or by any other person or persons Lawfully Claimeing for or by or under him them
       or any of them or by his their or any of their Meanes Title or procurement The Rents and
       services hereafter to growe due and be paid done and performed to his Lopp and his heires of
       whome the said parcell of Land and premisses are holden onely excepted and foreprized
       And the said Robert Wright for himself his heires Executo.rs Adm.rs and Assignes & for every of
       them doth Covenant promise and grant to and with the said Richard Smith Jun.r his heirs
       and assignes shall and may from hence forth forever Lawfully Quietly and Peaceably
       Have hold use posesse Inheritt and Enjoy the said parcell of Land & all and Every the said
       premisses with the appurtenances & shall and May as Lawfully Receive take and have
       & Enjoy all and singuler the Rents Revenues issues and proffitts thereof from time to time
       Comeing groweing and Reneweing to the onely proper Use and behoofe of the said Richard
       Smith Jun.r & of his heires and Assignes for ever According to the true Intent & meaneing of
       these presents Without any Lett Molestacon or hinderance of the said Robert Wright his
