       Which being read and heard It is ordered by the Court here this day To witt the
       12.th day of October in the Third yeare of the Dominion of Charles Lord Baltemore
       &c Annoq Domini 1679 That his Lordshpps Writt of Mandamus Issue to
       the sheriffe of Saint Maryes County to Lay out the Land in the aforegoeing
       Deposicon menconed Between Foster and Tennisson by a Jury of the Neigbourhood
       According to the bounds menconed in the deposiccon aforesaid

       Memorandum That this p.rsent day to witt the nine and Twentieth day of May in y.e
       fourth yeare of the Dominion of the Right Hono.ble Charles Lord Baltemore Charles
       now absolute Lord and proprietary of the said Province of Maryland &c in pursuance
       of a Certaine renewed Order of the prov.all Court of the same province held at y.e Citty of S.t
       Maryes and dated the Fifteenth day of October Last past before the date hereof
       for Continuance of a former and Originall Order there before that made for One whole
       yeare Longer in a Certaine Cause in the same Court Dependents between Mary Roe
       Ex.ix of Edward Roe Gent Deceased of the one part and John Ingram of the other
       part Touching a Certaine Attachment there Granted to the said Mary and in part
       Executed on Certaine bills and accompts belonging to the estate of the said Ingram
       she the said Mary Roe as principall Together with William Combes and George
       Cowley Gent as suretyes of and for her the said Mary Came before mee Henry Coursey
       one of his said Lordships Councell of in and for the said province and one of the
       Justices of the same Court and personally acknowledged themselves Joyntly and
       each of them seaverally to owe and bee Indebted unto his Lordship in the penall summe
       of seaven hundred pounds sterling To bee paid to his said now Lordship his heirs successors
       or assignes at The Feast of the birth of our Lord Christ now next ensueing the date hereof
       And they the said Recognizans are willing and for themselves and each of them and for
       theire and each of theire heires Executo.rs and administ.rs Doe and doth Joyntly and
       seaverally Grant by these p.rsents That in Case or fault shall bee made in payment
       of the said summe in forme aforesaid then that the same summe of seaven hundred
       pounds sterling or the full vallue thereof be Leavyed made had and recovered of
       the seaverall and respective Manno.rs Messuages Lands Tenem.ts goods Chattells and
       hereditaments of them the said Mary Roe William Combes and George Cowley theire
       seaverall and respective heires Executo.rs and adm.rs or some one any or either of
       them wheresoever they shall or may bee found by vertue of these p.rsents

       Which defeasance and upon Condicon never the lesse according to the Teno.r scope
       and intent of the above menconed Originall and renewed order or orders of Court that in
       Case the abovesaid provinciall Court and all and every the members of the same shall from
       time to time and at all times bee sufficiently indempnified against all accons and suites
       or other matters that shall or may happen Touching or Concerning the above menconed
       attachment or the Granting or makeing the said order or renewing thereof therein And
       that If she the above bounden Mary Roe her Executors adm.rs & assignes or sonne or one
       of them doe & shall make restitucon of the bills acco.ts and other parts and parcells
       of the estate of the above named John Ingram attached by vertue of the said Attachment or the     
       vallue thereof respectively in proporcon In Case the said Jn.o Ingram or his Attorney doe & shall
       w.th in a Yeare and a day to bee accompted from y.e abovesaid fifteenth day of Octob.r Last past before
       the date of the Recognizance above written being the time of the renewing of the
       the said order for one yeare Longer as above specified Come and make his and theire just & our
       defence and proceed or in the abovesaid accon in due and usuall or comon Forme & likewise make
       it appeare that she the said Mary is satisfied of and for her Just demand in part or in full that then
       the same Recognizance above written specified acknowledged and entered into Forme abovesaid shall
       cease and become and become Utterly Voyd otherwise to remaine in full force & Vertue
Taken and acknowledged y.e 29.th day                                                William Combes
