Federal reimbursement.

The schedule of payments
established by the State
for payment to such nursing
homes shall not exceed,
including cost and profit
factor of 6%, those estab-
lished by the Secretary
of Health, Education and
Welfare in the adminis-
tration of Title XIX of
the Social Security Act
as amended if such schedule
jeopardizes continued eli-
gibility for federal match-
ing funds, schedules of
payment shall be consis-
tent with the intents
that upper limits do not
exceed amounts paid under
Title XVIII of the Social
Security Act as amended.
Such provision shall apply
to all categories of recip-
ients whether or not matched
by Federal funds. Such fa-
cilities not submitting au-
dited costs shall be reim—
bursed at a rate not to ex-
ceed $7.00 per day, per
patient.
