LAWS OF MARYLAND

[Ch. 115

County Board of Elections in office on the effective date
of this Act, but the provisions of this Act concerning
the salary of the Members of the Caroline County Board of
Elections shall take effect at the beginning of the next
following term of office.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1975.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 24(h) of Article 25 - County
Commissioners, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1973
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
