EXPENSE ALLOWANCE, INCLUDING AN ALLOWANCE FOR TRAVEL
EXPENSES, UP TO $50 PER MONTH AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS SHALL DEEM REASONABLE AND PROPER.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Caroline County — Salary Increase for Board of
License Commissioners

FOR the purpose of providing a salary increase for the
Board of License Commissioners of Caroline County;
and relating to alcoholic beverages.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

Section 155(g)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 155(g) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

(g) In Caroline County [each member of the board
shall receive an annual salary of five hundred dollars
($500)] THE CHAIRMAN SHALL RECEIVE AN ANNUAL SALARY OF
$750 AND THE TWO ASSOCIATE MEMBERS AN ANNUAL SALARY OF
$600 EACH. The substitute member of the board shall
receive twenty—five dollars ($25.00) for each day
employed in the actual discharge of his official duties,
