[(g)](H) No person shall be eligible for
consideration for registration as a professional engineer
or professional land surveyor or property line surveyor
or certification as an engineer—in—training or a land
surveyor—in—training who is not of good character and
reputation.
((h)](I) In considering the qualifications of
applicants, engineering teaching as an associate
professor or higher may be construed as engineering
experience.
[(i)](J) The satisfactory completion of each
scholastic year of an engineering or land surveying
curriculum approved by the Board as of satisfactory
standing, without graduation, may be considered as
equivalent to a year of experience in §§ 12 (a) (2), 12
(a) (3), 12 (c) (2), and 12 (c) (3).
[(j)](K) The execution, as a contractor, of work
designed by a professional engineer or a professional
land surveyor, or the supervision of the construction of
such work as a foreman or superintendent, shall not be
deemed to be the practice of engineering or land
surveying.
[(k)] (L) Any person having the necessary
qualifications prescribed in this article to entitle him
to registration shall be eligible for such registration
although he may not be practicing his profession at the
time of making his application.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
