times specified in § 12—201 of this article shall be
equipped with at least one lamp displaying a white light
visible from a distance of not less than 1000 feet to the
front of the vehicle, and shall also be equipped with two
lamps displaying red lights visible from a distance of
not less than 1000 feet to the rear of the vehicle, or as
an alternative, one lamp displaying a red light visible
from a distance of not less than 1000 feet to the rear
and two red reflectors visible from all distances of 600
to 100 feet to the rear when illuminated by the upper
beams of head lamps.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Election Code — Technical Corrections

FOR the purpose of correcting certain technical errors
relating to the Election Code.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 33 — Election Code

Section 14-1(m)(1), 26-11(a), 31-2(c), 31-3(a),

31-7 (a)(1), 31-7(c) (2) and 31-7(g)(3)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1971 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 14-1(m)(1), 26-11(a), 31-2(c),
31-3(a), 31-7(a)(1), 31-7 (c)(2) and 31-7 (g)(3) of Article
33 — Election Code, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1971 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and they
are hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
